BAD SERVICE!!! YOU GUYS ARE NOT OWNING UP TO THE WORK YOU DID ON MY DAUGHTER RESTURANT. WE PAID YOU TO CLEAN THE HOOD, AND IT'S NOT PROPERLY CLEANED. OUR RESTURANT HASN'T BEEN ABLE TO BE OPEN BECAUSE IT WAS A FIRE HAZARD PER THE FIRE DEPARTMENT. I THINK YOU SHOULD TRY TO MAKE THIS RIGHT.

I have 2 restaurants and had my hoods cleaned they were very professional and on time my hoods had a fire and they provided emergency service and now I passed inspection thanks guys very pleased.

used 2 time now first time the did a clean and hood job . did not go on roof and clean duct . 575$ total second time Reap seal and left grease all over also baffles not properly clean and grease channel still very filthy once again no duct cleaning . for the price you could had really good work but . I just cant recommend a place that doesnt stand by it's own standard. our hood is 5 feet long and cant even get it done right . I called and all I got was a thanks for your feedback.

We trusted A1 Tennessee Hood to come out a clean our Hood. They didn’t clean
The hood completely. After our inspection with the fire department we were told it’s a fire hazard. They were contacted and the spoke with my son one time and now they will not answer nor return our call. They were paid $800 to do a job they didn’t do. Bad Business.

If I could give no stars I would!!!! Y’all basically out here stealing. Paid for a job that was not done. A-1 Tennessee Hood & Duct Cleaning is out here scamming small businesses out of money. You said you would return to complete a job you were suppose to already completed, that was a lie!!!!!! You have stopped answering or returning calls. You are thieves!!!!! A-1 Tennessee Hood & Duct Cleaning are SCAM ARTISTS at its finest!!!

If you’re reading this before spending your Hard EARNED MONEY RUNNNNNNNN. This business is BAD BUSINESS. You will do better paying a five year old to clean your commercial hood range. They are not professional at all. They smoke and drink in the van while on the job. Paid almost $800.00 for this. Please read the reviews before hiring this company. NO STAR! WARNING: Not only are they the worst hood cleaning company, but their customer service is horrid. So unprofessional and disgustingly messy in appearance and work. Cancelled on us with no notice, no show on another cleaning date, never turned in any reports. Had a different company replace a belt on one hood after TN Hood cleaning "cleaned" 2 maybe 3 weeks prior and the company said it was so bad they took pictures and sent them to us stating "there was no way these hoods have been cleaned in the last month". Trying to get a hold of the owner or manager Floyd was a absolute nightmare, when I did finally get ahold of him he was rude, short and unprofessional. I would NEVER recommend this company, unless you want sketchy, unreliable service. Oh and none of the fire marshall reps I have spoken with have even heard of these guys and they know EVERYONE. They aren't even on BBB, I should have known better.

UPDATE: So sad that you are denying servicing our restaurants. I clearly have emails and invoices(which I can and will post) from YOUR company with your ADDRESS AND PHONE NUMBER, should I now report fraud on the invoices we have paid to YOUR company, sine you claim to not service our restaurant?...Just take the honest review and better your company.
