Meh. Typical HD experience. Need some help with a Christmas tree and In typical big box store fashion it took forever as the initial person had no idea what to do then went to get somebody else that person went to go get a third person and all I needed was a price check. This took about three times longer than it needed to. But that's the typical experience that you have at a store like this once you find the person that knows what they're talking about it usually happens pretty quick whatever it is that needs to happen. It just takes forever to get to that one knowledgeable person. And I'm writing this over a price check could you imagine what would happen if I actually had something complicated I needed to get done?

In the 20+ years of our HOA's existence we have contracted with Green Pastures for three different times. On two occasions the Board hired a cheaper company and got what they deserved and fortunately David Shore was willing to take us back. This company provides outstanding results for our community despite challenges from less than perfect soil, lack of irrigation and our HOA's budget constraints. We are pleased to recommend Green Pastures to anyone who requests a reference.

Yellowstone is responsible for maintaining the landscaping in our development. I’ve called their office four times asking they not trim my landscape. Today they butchered my plants again. They give all plants a butch! Evidently lack of communication with staff and training are lacking!

They don’t even deserve one star.

Green pastures damaged my air conditioner unit through weed eating too close to the unit, causing a puncture in the coil. It cost thousands to repair. Despite sending photos of the damage where it was clear the damage occurred through lawn maintenance, requesting to speak over the phone and to view the damage together in person, Green pastures avoided responsibility and financial obligation from the start. Very disappointed in the way it was handled and it’s obvious the goal from the start was to avoid liability. Unprofessional and would not recommend.

Took down perfectly healthy trees and hedges.

Our HOA management company hired this company to do our high-end community’s landscape maintenance, trimming bushes, etc. We have no choice! They trampled my landscaped lilies and irises—FLATTENED!!! Our HOA requires any dead plants to be replaced ASAP BY the HOMEOWNER. I would prefer to trim my own to avoid unnecessary damage to my other landscaping. Pathetic quality. Very disappointing.

The teams at Yellowstone are some of the best. They have a commitment to excellence and they are very consistent. You can easily tell which properties are theirs.
