Dr. Dan’s Appliance was great!! Communication was amazing and Frank stayed in touch and made sure that my boyfriend and I understood everything that was going on. Frank made sure that he laid out all of our options and made sure we didn’t have any concerns. Our family will definitely be using them in the future.

Was very pleased with both service and the service man!! I have used Dr Dan on several occasions, they are ALWAYS kind, listen to complaint as to what is wrong, and repair said appliance in a professional manner. I am VERY PLEASED with their entire staff, including their office personnel.

Well pleased with the refrigerator repair Dr. Dan's did for us. They even worked us in earlier than our original appointment. Good service, reasonable price. Will definitely call them again if we need service.

I really appreciate Mr Dan coming out to look at my washer and dryer. The appliances had been in storage and when I brought them out and got them set up, they would not turn on. I had a feeling critters had gotten to them. I had tried, in vain, to contact 2 other companies, at a friend's request. Neither responded back. I found Dr Dan's while searching on line. I received an immediate and kind response. He came out a few days later and let me know the fate of my machines. Unfortunately, I would have to chuck those and get new ones. He was very kind, respectful, and professional the whole time. Since they were beyond repair, he was kind enough to give me recommendations for where else I could shop. And to call if I had any questions while shopping. I 100,000% recommend these folks for your appliance repairs! They are great. So glad I found them!

I was so pleased that the owner of this company came out to look at my faulty dishwasher. I have had trouble with it for a year and Mr. Dan was able to troubleshoot it in no time. His presence today speaks volumes. While he was here, he also looked at my washer I was also having trouble with. The knowledge and customer service with Dr. Dans Appliance Service are top notch. I’m so glad I found them!

I appreciated being able to get a quick appointment when my washing machine broke down. Frank from Dr Dan's came 4 days later and diagnosed my problems (3 different parts needed). Q121It turned out, it cost more for parts for my maytag than it would for a new washer. Frank explained everything in detail and I truly appreciated his candor. I ended up getting a different brand for my new washer and I will definitely call Dr Dan's if I have any problem with it or any of my other big appliances.

Dr. Dan’s came to the house for a refrigerator repair on a fridge we kept in our garage. They were courteous, very knowledgeable, on time and efficient. They were servicing our fridge for us through our American Home Shield warranty. They knew what was wrong with it almost immediately and gave us a fair and honest estimate. Our refrigerator in the garage was old and needed parts that were not even able to be found now. It was a total wash, but Frank, the repairman, explained in detail exactly what was wrong with it and why. He told us he would give his report to AHS and he did in a very timely manner because AHS notified us the next day they had it and they were working on our claim for us. So thank you, Dr. Dan’s, for showing up and helping us with this. We appreciated it so much, especially after so many other contractors had been notified by AHS to come to our home to help us and no one ever came. We would recommend Dr. Dan’s to everyone. You’ll be glad you did.

I have used Dr. Dan's Appliance Service twice so far, once for my washing machine and then a few months later for my dryer. Dr. Dan is definitely my go-to person for all my appliance service/repair needs. He is very prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and is a true professional in the field. Dr Dan is THE appliance service/repair expert!

I had a response in less than 24 hours. Frank is very polite and knowledgeable technician. He has good customer repport. Right off he knew what the problem probably was and after checking several things confirmed it. He had knowledge of a class action suite against the manufacturer and walked me through details to know if my fridge was included. Frank clearly laid out my options for repair or replace. He encouraged me to file with LG and see what they would offer. I never felt pressured or that I was being charged unnecessarily. My daughter in law’s family recommended Dr Dan’s services and now I will as well. All appliances serviced. You can feel confident with their services!

Our refrigerator stopped cooling on a weekend and Dan was at our house to perform diagnostics by noon on Monday. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and saved me money by educating me about my appliance's warranty and directing me to the proper channels with the manufacturer. We very much appreciated the friendly staff and prompt followup relative to our appointment time. Overall, we had an excellent and timely experience working with Dr. Dan's and will definitely use them again!

I had used Dr. Dan a few years ago for a frig repair and he was great. I needed a frig repair on 5/15 which I had an appointment for and had to take a half day off to wait for his arrival. He never showed up nor did I get a call nor can i reach anything but a recording. Sorry to say this repair service has gone to crap. I would have given a zero rating but that is not available. This service is great! Dan is a great person to work with. He helped me get Whirlpool compressor that was still under warranty. We both spent hours on the phone with Whirlpool Customer service to get the compressor! He hung in there and finally git the part. Once received installing the compressor was quick. The company provides great customer service. Highly recommend them!

Dr. Dan’s appliance repair did a great job! They were very thorough and professional. They texted when they were 30 minutes out. When they arrived they diagnosed the machine. After correctly identifying the problems, they gave me an estimate and fixed the dryer. They vacuumed all lent that had been accumulating in the machine. They warranty their work. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Wow! Doctor Dan’s Appliance Service and Frank Earnest are the absolute best! I had a drain pump issue and called a couple of recommended appliance service companies and they could not work on a LG front loader. I am so happy Doctor Dan was a perfect fit. Very professional…responded quickly … changed out the drain pump… happy with the price. Frank Ernest is a keeper for any appliance service we may need in the further. Thank you !!!
