Staff is rude called GE they set up repair have been waiting for Dr Dan to come out after i have called them several times. The only response i get back is we will call you.

We contacted Dr. Dan’s Appliance Service from a recommendation of another appliance service that was not interested due to our location. Dr. Dan responded immediately and found a way to service us even though we were also outside of his normal service area. He and his work was exceptional, professional, knowledgeable, quick and one of the best companies we have ever used. He rates a 6 on our 5 star scale!!! Bill and Linda

Called for service on my washing machine and ice maker. Frank came out and was very courteous. Cleared the code on the washer and all has been good.
However, the ice maker he said he would need to research more and get back with me. That was at least 2 weeks ago and still have not heard a word. Called the office twice and left a message but no return call. Not what we expected with all of the great reviews.

A technician came to our home for a washer repair, so friendly and knowledgeable about our washer. Gave us a very honest assessment of our washer repair! We will be contacting Dr. Dan’s for any future repairs! Great service!

Frank was very knowledgeable but thats as far as it went for me. $125 dollar service call plugged into my washer spun it said nothing is wrong and he didnt recommend any parts. Cool but didnt fix my washer. Had the exact same issue. So I feel like I was scammed out of $125 was told nothing was wrong but yet its doing the exact same thing I complained about over and over. After I even mentioned i had suspension rods replaced few months back. Anyways wont use them again and im trashing this horrible samsung washer.

I'm an older man that has seen my share of appliance repair companies but please believe me when I say that Dr. Dan's Appliance Service is #1. Our dryer had stopped working and based on reviews I chose Dan and it was guided by God. Frank and Dan worked hard to diagnose and fix the dryer. From the girl at the office to Dan and Frank. All were polite and punctual. They are good people that know their stuff. They have impressed me and from this point on, I will recommend to all and will be my first call if I need appliance repair again. Thanks to everyone at Doctor Dan's.

Dan and Ethan repaired my family’s GE washing machine after the motor suddenly failed. Not only did they do a great repair job, they walked me through how best to get the most out of the limited warranty on the washer. After they finished up, they also took the time to let me know how best to care for the washer for the longest use. Highly recommend.

The receptionist was incredibly helpful, patient, and genuinely committed to working around my schedule. She managed to get me a next-day appointment at the very last minute, and the speed at which she arranged everything was impressive.

The level of professionalism and courtesy I received over the phone was outstanding, and the pricing they quoted was extremely affordable and reasonable — especially for such fast scheduling and accommodation.

Superb job by Cain on fixing our fan motor. He was prompt, courteous, and professional. Cain is clearly an HVAC expert - we will be bring him back when it is time to replace the system.

Alright so let’s talk about the positives:
- Very kind and knowledgable staff
- Very quick work
- Upfront and honest with customer
- Very, very reasonable price for the work done
(Especially since the other company quoted me almost 2.5k for the same fix)

Aaaaand I can’t think of any negatives honestly. I’m very happy that I called these guys and upset that I’ve been using someone else to botch my AC issues. Will definitely be reaching out again soon and I appreciate all that they’ve done already.

They showed me pictures of somebody else’s unit and expressed damages that wasn’t there. Avoid these guys if at all possible, or at least double check them.
