Awful! the guy (you know who you are) was supposed to come as discussed and never showed the first time, that was the first red flag; so he shows another day and tells us he'll give us an estimate in a few days. Really? I had to ask numerous times as if he is doing us a favor; he finally sends it, I ask a few questions and he just never responds...let's get something straight - we were doing YOU a favor by even considering giving you our business, you're a dime a dozen and there are MANY companies who are willing to get the job done and thankfully they have. Pass!

My breaker went out in my home late in the evening, I searched for countless electricians online and no one would take my call, that was until David with Power Source Electric answered after hours, who was professional and courteous, listened to my problem, tried to walk me through it, and after we couldn't resolve the problem he sent one of his best guys Peanut to come service our home. Peanut got to my home quickly, and he was professional and courteous as well, completed the job and saved our breaker from what would have been a disaster for our fridge. Thank you David, Peanut, and Power Source Electric for your thorough service. I strongly recommend them for anyone in need of electrical services both commercial and residential.

I have used this company several times with nothing but positive experiences. They are helpful, communicative, and knowledgeable. Zach has been to my house several time to deal with problems and make upgrades. He always goes above and beyond to ensure the customer is satisfied.

We asked for a quote and they proceeded to do the work without our approval. Their quote was higher than others we had received, and they were rude to us after we addressed the need for just a quote. Very disappointed. Be prepared to be forced into work if you have them come out for a quote.

After waiting six weeks, we were hopeful finally finding an electrician in or near Arlington to use at our shop. We asked for a quote, and the employees started working without approval and told us either we pay for the work they did or they remove it all and leave. Once I mentioned we had a lower quote for double the work, one of the employees was rude. Will not use this company again even though they're mere miles from our offices. Could not be more disappointed with the 3 hours we spent on this to have the work done then removed. What took more than an hour to install was quickly undone in less than 10 minutes and the two employees stormed out without speaking to me again. We will never use this electric company again.

UPDATE: Spoke to the owner Scott about our complaint. He said other than a “communication issue” he didn’t see the problem here. Don’t use this company. If you have problems, no one will care except a sweet receptionist with no power to help you.

We had an excellent experience with Ross. He did an amazing job troubleshooting issues with our ceiling fan and light fixture and did a fantastic job installing the new ceiling fan, making sure everything was secure, working properly, and looked great (plus he was great with my animals)- Highly recommend Ross for electrical work if you’re in or near the Bartlett, TN area!

Ross Electric installed a double oven in my home and was very professional. They also recognized and repaired an electrical problem at my home. Prices are reasonable and the service is excellent!
