We have worked with ASDT on many projects throughout the years. They are reliable, professional and very competent. I would highly recommend ASDT to any commercial facility in need of emergency water damage, smoke & fire or mold remediation services.

I found mold in my place of resident due to a water leak. I called Jake with ASDT. They came out quickly and treated the problem. Also, they came back afterwards to make sure I had no more issues. The guys were extremely courteous, professional, and friendly. I would highly recommend this company!

Gary and his team, especially Richard M., are incredibly professional and, to top it off, clearly have a high value as an organization for excellent customer service. After another contractor completed plumbing repairs, ASDT completed the build-back and restoration for some water damage in the timeline they set forth -- and they held firm on their pricing even when the scope of work (SoW) needed to be expanded. They were punctual, left everything clean at the end of work days, and did what they said they were going to do (and-then-some!). Exceeded expectations on all fronts. Months after they completed their work, we had an issue come up resulting from the repairs another contractor made. I called Richard to confer with him on an appropriate SoW to deal with water damage from this new issue (as the restoration/build-back is being handled by the plumbing contractor's insurance). There was nothing really in it for him or ASDT; nevertheless, Richard showed up the next day to visualize the damage and inform us of what an appropriate scope of work would entail so that we could compare that to the SoW from the new contractor to ensure everything was properly covered. I basically never leave reviews. But I did here, because I would highly recommend ASDT -- they're the "real deal."

The owner and gentlemen who I worked with directly all represent the confidence you hope to see in situations where your home and health could be impacted. They were not only meticulous in their diagnostic and information-gathering efforts but also displayed a level of respect and care for my home that truly impressed me.

At no time did they make me feel like I couldn't inquire about the process. Both gentlemen took their time, making sure I understood the process occurring now and ahead.

This is my family’s second time working with Richard M and asdt, they are an outstanding company. Richard was amazing. My family has a flooding problem and this time it was horrible, our bathtub over flooded and went into the floor. We tried to go the cheaper route and use our own fans and things like that but it turned into mold. They were amazing and fast acting and we will definitely refer them to anyone else in need.
