Hands down Richard Mruk was such a pleasure to work with, during my water damage. My washing machine drain hose malfunctioned and left tons of water throughout my down stairs. Richard and his ASDT crew showed up on time and was very efficient! I would highly recommend this company.

I was able to get on the schedule very quick and Jeremy Reed did an amazing job cleaning my carpets and rugs. He was very professional, on time and very knowledgeable!! I will always ask for him when scheduling!! Company is affordable and very easy to do business with! Highly Recommend!!

I would like to say Jason Blackwell has gone above and beyond in making sure that the needs of my buildings issues have been met. Despite the circumstances it's been a re-freshing experience being able to trust in the service that's provided thanks to the staff at ASDT.

ASDT is amazing. Never do I want to call a leak detection company, but when I do, I want the best. I have had three leaks on two properties. Each time, ASDT was incredibly responsive. They either came out the same day I called or the following morning. Incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and, most importantly, trustworthy. They quickly diagnosed the problem, made the repair, and put everything back together as if the leak never happened. While hoping for no future leaks, if I have one, ASDT is on speed dial.

I contacted ASDT when I noticed water dripping from the ceiling in my bathroom. Upon Richard's inspection, he discovered the water was running down the exhaust vent on the roof. They quickly sent out a crew to repair the roof and dry the walls and ceiling in the bathroom. Great communication and efficient work. Highly recommend this company.
