We had a tree crush part of our house during the recent storms. Serve-Pro came out to check for damage in the surrounding rooms and was on top of everything. Javier and Eddy came every day to check on things and get it taken care of. They are absolutely the friendliest and amazing at what they do. They didn't just make it a job. They interacted with my kids, showed so much care in everything they did, and walked us through every step of the process. With all of the stress and heartache from the damage, they made everything so so much better. They will definitely take care of you and anything you need.

Raul and Mariangel were the utmost professionals. They came during Thanksgiving after a water pipe from the water heater bust and flooded two floor. Their service transcend language and culture. If you get this crew consider yourself in the best of hands.

Extremely disappointed with the service and the lady over the phone. Argued instead of listening to the problem, and refused to provide any other person to help with my complaint. Tried to get in touch with the owner, but looks like the owner doesn’t want to be bothered with customers . Will not use them again.

Our liner floated from recent days of excessive rain (April 2025). American Pool Techs came out, evaluated, and made repairs in a timely manner at a reasonable price. The office staff kept me informed of when to expect their techs to show up. All work was done to a high level of quality. We've used American Pool Techs for several years and have never been disappointed.

Work was performed very quickly, staffing was appropriate and they cleaned up in the areas they worked in. Prices are reasonable and service is top notch. I would highly recommend to others. If you want competent and reliable service, call Masters Roofing!

This company recently replaced my roof and they did it in one day. After getting 5 estimates, among them two people who came into our home and did a car salesman pitch, we chose Masters Roofing. No money changed hands until the job was finished. They brought a crew of people to my home at 6am and were finished by 5pm that day. It was a complete tear off and replacement and they were extremely efficient at their jobs. They did exactly what they said they would do and did it very well. They protected our home from falling debris and cleaned and removed everything before they left. We have a two story house in Germantown, TN. They’re experts at what they do.

We had a lot of hail damage on April 8, 2024. I contacted my insurance company who recommended Masters Roofing. A true gentleman by the name of Ed Hill came out and it was a pleasure to meet him. He worked with me on roof choices and made sure we got the roof we wanted. They did a fantastic job and clean up was unbelievably done well. Thank you, Ed Hill for doing such a great job on our roof!

Masters Roofing was recommended to us and they did not disappoint. Dillon Scruggs was instrumental in dealing with our insurance company and walking us through the process of choosing a new roof. We were told it would take 3 days and they brought in an extra crew and it only took 2 days. Tony and Jeff were here each day and everyone from the supervisors to the crew were great to work with. The cleanup process was amazing and our roof looks beautiful! We highly recommend Masters Roofing.

Masters Roofing did a great job! Ed Hill communicated with us before, during and after each job (paint, roof, gutters) and sent pictures of the various stages of roof replacement. He took a personal interest in our job and made sure everything was proceeding properly. Kudos to Pedro and his crew who came ready to work in the cold, dark mornings. They worked hard and were very respectful of our property. They did a terrific job cleaning up; you'd never know they were on site, other than our brand new roof!!

We had our roof replaced this past summer by Masters and am very help with the job done. It started well and ended well. I would highly recommend Andrew as point of contact salesman. He has big interest in customer service, a great personality and easily available. Was on site for both days of the job and helped us thru the insurance process. That insurance process is no fun, so it was nice to have a knowledgeable sidekick.

Andrew from Master Roofing was the ultimate professional. He initiated my claim and got it approved. When the deductible wasn't acceptable to continue he dropped his contract and he was very helpful in talking to the insurance company.
