I had a great experience with Drain Go. Logan and Collier were thorough with their explanation about my plumbing issues while also providing solutions. No pressure to make a short or long-term purchase but fantastic job providing the pros and cons of both solutions.

We contacted DrainGo months ago about fixing our kitchen faucet. They needed to order a part, which we agreed was necessary for the repair. We were told once the part arrives, he would return to fix the faucet. We were completely ghosted. We followed up numerous times to be told that the part couldn’t be located so we would need to buy a new faucet - fine. Our faucet had a brand specific tool needed to repair it so we knew full replacement was a possibility. We were told they would send us options for a faucet - they never did. We followed up and they asked if we picked out a faucet yet. Nope because you never sent the options you promised. The receptionist was going back and forth with the plumber while we were on the phone with them, relaying whatever he was telling her because he couldn’t be bothered to speak to us himself. Complete waste of $50 and complete waste of my time. Trash company with unprofessional employees. Look elsewhere if you want your money to pay for something useful.

Sense of humor, every single person we have dealt with has had a great sense of humor. When your drain has backed up, your
house smells terrible, and it is a time sensitive disaster. There is nothing better than a competent professional with a sense of humor showing up to get you through it. They are polite, efficient, and tidy. As well as reasonably priced for a business that is fixing important systems in the house.

Excellent customer service and outstanding communication. Technician was on time, professional and very knowledgeable. We would definitely use them in the future.

Fantastic experience with Drain Go! They scheduled me within 24 hours of the request for service. The tech was kind and showed up on time. He clearly explained my options and did a great job with the replacement of the water heater. Very happy with this company!

They were quick, courteous, and did not cause unnecessary additional damage to repair leak in my wall. Additionally, he was knowledgeable about his trade and was able to explain to me the reason for the pipe burst and how it was repaired.

Edited: I had Drain Go come on a second occasion, and they showed the same level of professionalism as they did the first time.

One of the worst experiences ever! They initially came and lit a defective heater. They didn’t state the cause or solution. I called multiple times and received different responses every time. It took over a week to receive the part. It finally came in on a Friday and I was told it would be Monday before they could come out. When inquiring Monday about the appointment I was told I don’t have one that it would be Tuesday. They came out Tuesday to replace the part only to put a broken part on there. There was a strong odor of gas and I was told they couldn’t come back the same day. I contacted the gas company only to find out there was a leak. Drain N Go seemed unconcerned about this issue. A gas leak is a very serious issue and can be fatal. I don’t recommend this company. My issue is still not resolved. I’ve been reasonable but this is beyond frustrating. I was told my part may arrive today but I still can’t have it replaced until next week. This is after their technician either put a broken part on or broke the part while attempting to repair.

Loved this company. Once they got the call, they came out within a couple days and they were earlier than expected. I believe the man’s name was CJ and he was so professional and so thorough… Instead of making me wait till the next week he went to Lowe’s and got a couple parts he needed… He went out of his way to make it easier for me in my home. I have never had a plumbing company show so much grace and kindness. I appreciate your company so much.

Very professional, knowledgeable, polite, courteous, cleans up afterwards, conscientious of my property, and arrived early! Quite through in diagnosing, explaining what they are doing and making sure everything is in proper working order before they leave. Answered all my questions and addressed every concern. Very refreshing to have quality work at reasonable prices and completed in timely manner. Especially by well groomed and well mannered men. I felt truly comfortable with them and their service. Definitely recommend!!

This was the first time I have had quick response for a warranty service call. The Service Techniciann diagnosed issue, Followed through with claim and finshed the installation of new Hot Water Heater all in 2 days.

The company responded to my problem in a timely manner with a same day appointment. The tech (plumber )and an assistant arrived promptly and diagnosed and fixed the problem expeditiously. I thought both men were very professionallly behaved and presented as quite knowledgeable. They took the time to do a little consumer education to make me more capable of handling the issue in the future, if I want to handle it myself. I’m impressed, and I absolutely will use again.

Very knowledgeable and efficient and did a great job will use them again. He knew what he was doing. I was impressed he worked by himself taking the water heater up and down.

Seth with DrainGo was very prompt with the timing and service that he provided. He was very knowledgeable about the issues that were going on with my toilet. He made some suggestions that could help my son and i in the long run; in which I agree with.
