We had issues with our fridge. Instead of charging for a defrost service the tech recommended we replace it because the insulation was faulty. A+ for great ethics.

Issue resolved quickly, professionally and at a fair price. Zach was my technician and he could not have done a better job. Highly, highly recommend.

Kevin came out and took care of our dryer very nice and polite. Called to tell me he was on the way. I would recommend this company and will use for any future needs.

Technician new exactly the problem, checked and verified that he was correct and gave me my options. This was several weeks ago, and everything he said turned it to be correct.

After calling 4 different companies with no response, All Better's immediate responsiveness, punctuality and help with the problem was beyond amazing!!! Reasonable prices for a minor service call. I found them on Angie's List! I feel much more confident now that when any of my appliances fail, I have someone to rely on!

Brandon is very knowledgeable and helpful! He has answered his phone or text any time I have reached out - day or night. He Blessed our Family at Christmas time and for that we will always be thankful for such an amazing person! I recommend Brandon and his company 100%!

I thought the rear felt the dryer drum rests on had split, I could see white and thought it was the backplate of the dryer. Zach came out and found the felt was just fine, I was looking at a strip of white felt that apparently had been there all along. He diagnosed the dryer had a bad idler wheel and replaced that.
Zach was very professional, knew what he was doing and didn't mind me watching. They came out when they said they would and even called earlier in the day to verify when they would be here.
I will definitely use All Better Appliance if I need appliance repair in the future!

I had a tough situation with an older propane range top, for which the parts were no longer made. All Better Appliance was able to help me, the servicer was able to think outside the box and he got my range top working. It's no longer leaking and has been inspected by my propane company and passed! THANK YOU All Better Appliance.

Called this morning after discovering our refrigerator wasn't cooling properly. He arrived mid-day, quickly diagnosed the issue and made the repair on the spot. Not only saved us a great deal of food loss, but the cost of replacing the entire fridge. Will definitely call again if the need arises.

My refrigerator went out on Thanksgiving day. One can imagine how much food I had to preserve. I called EVERY repair service in Dickson ( STAY LOCAL ).... On Saturday Kevin from All Better Appliances LLC called me and was at my home in one hour. Unfortunately the repairs were going to be almost as much as a new refrigerator will cost. I appreciate Kevin and he was so professional and so kind ( he deserves a raise as he is young and more than likely was watching football BUT came anyway). My parents recommended All Better Appliance because they've done work for them for a couple years. We have never been anything but pleased and have (unfortunately) had several appliances that needed work. They were prompt, courteous and did a great job. I would highly recommend them and they are the only ones we use!

Amazing! Showed up when they said, called ahead of time, fixed my freezer in a jiffy! I had a horrible experience with another company and they were able to fix my fridge the next day! Definitely recommending to everyone and will use them in the future!

All Better Appliance LLC has been my "GO TO" source for all my appliance needs for several years now. Washer, dryer, refrigerator, microwave, garbage disposal -- and most recently, electric cook stove. Brandon Tidwell and his team of (real human) professionals are knowledgeable, reliable, courteous and -- even in this day and age -- trustworthy. Our appliances are wonderful conveniences -- and necessary in our busy lives, but they are machines and they do break down and parts wear out through years of use. I'm very thankful that the All Better team is there to provide their service when its needed.

Movers damaged my washer in shipping, All Better Appliance quickly came out, diagnosed the problem and parts were back in and installed in a few days. Best part was they Correctly! installed my hoses (thanks movers) and ensured everything was level and ready to use. Fast, polite and not trying to sell you extra services. Great company.

Highly recommended! Scheduled promptly, arrived on time and even sent a text to let me know when they were on the way. Dishwasher is up and running, and serviceman was super friendly and helpful. Definitely will make this my go-to business for appliance concerns.

I called this morning needing someone to look at my washer. Brandon rerouted his employee Zach to come look at it. Within 15 minutes he had it working and only charged me for a service call. I had called them a couple years ago about a refrigerator and was pleased with the service I received then, so they were the first ones I called today. I was off work today and unable to take off another day for a couple weeks and they were so very nice to fit me in on such short notice. They will always be the first one I call. Thank you guys for being honest and affordable.

We’ve used All Better for YEARS now! Most recently, our freezer went out. They came out, inspected, ordered a part and had to come back, when they went to replace the part, we discovered something else was wrong. They were very honest and helpful and helped us make the best and most cost effective decision for our family which was replacement. We will continue to use them for all our appliance needs!

I called, told the Pleasant Young lady who answered the phone My problems with the icemaker That was Leaking Water. Less than 24 hours later Kevin came to my home fix the problem In a very professional manner In less than an hour. Even cleaned up after himself I believe his name was Kevin, I may be mistaken. If you have an appliance that needs to be repaired all better appliance you can trust 100%. They will be my go to company if I ever need my appliances repaired again.
