Brandon was super. He answered my questions on a weekend and came out as scheduled. He called on the way with ETA and arrived on time. He was able to determine the problem with my Bosch front load washer and fixed it quickly. The cost was less than expected. He looked over the rest of my appliances and gave me the a summary of what to expect with each of them. I will be referring him to everyone I know for appliance repair. Thank you for an awesome customer experience!

The icemaker in our refrigerator stopped working years ago.
I got tired of not having a working unit in our refrigerator, so I found a replacement icemaker for our refrigerator ordered the replacement icemaker. Then I called All Better to see if they would install it for me.
All Better sent out thier repairman/installer Zack.
He was so pleasant to deal with.
He allowed me to watch him work while I ask questions along the way, so I could learn a few more things about our unit.
The price was very reasonable for them installing the part I ordered for our particular unit to be installed.
From placing my phone call, asking questions & setting the appointment for a repairman to the install the replacement icemaker.
All the staff were extremely helpful and polite.
These will be the people I will always call for all my repairs on our Refrigerator and more.
I highly recommend this company to anyone needing service or repairs.
My icemaker is now working again & I could not be happier !

Sean Sherman was outstanding at Russell house on Abbott Martin Road. He went above and beyond to repair our dryer vent and to recreate an outside opening to make safe the air flow. He deserves 5 stars. Nan Russell

I have a gas oven that was in desperate need of some aid. I called Monday, was scheduled with Kevin on Wednesday, and within a couple of hours, my stove had been diagnosed, fixed, and reassembled even with a small bump in the road. I am happy to report that I have been cooking up a storm without any issues today. Would recommend in a heartbeat for professionalism, pricing, and communication.

Sean from All Better Appliance LLC came out to look at our washer that was not working properly. He was on-time, and incredibly professional and friendly! He took the time to explain everything to me and showed me what he was looking for to find the problem. Unfortunately the cost for parts to make the repair would cost more than a new machine, so I chose not to move forward with the repair. But I really appreciated his honesty and not trying to just sell me on parts! 10/10 would recommend Sean and All Better Appliance LLC!

All Better Appliance has been our trusted service/repair company for several years now. Their techs are very knowledgeable about our various appliances and have been able to diagnose and fix every issue. The cherry on top is that they arrive when they say they will and are very polite.

These are great people. I have used this company a total of three times. They always come on time in the window. They are willing to give an honest opinion about whether something is worth fixing, even if that means a lower labor cost that they can bill.

They were originally recommended by LG as part of a warranty claim. A compressor was replaced on my refrigerator in 2019 and I was happy with the result.

4 years later I had another cooling issue (don't buy an LG fridge). Even though I didn't end up getting my refrigerator fixed on the last call, I am happy with the service provided. It was well worth the service charge for them to diagnose the issue so I could make the decision to purchase a new unit.

Shawn was very courteous and kind plus he informed us of what he did, why it needed to be repaired. And he always leaves us with a tip or 2 to maintain our appliance. Highly recommend !

The representative who set up the appointment and the subsequent service reminders provided excellent service. Sean S. did the work. He was timely, knowledgeable, professional, and detailed, leaving the home as he found it. He even replaced a rug I moved out of his way back into the correct spot. I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again!

Better appliance has come to my aid twice and each time great service. Speedy, reliable and affordable. Today Sean gave me good tips on keeping my dryer in hood shape. He was wonderful!

Logan took his time to find out where from where the sound in my fridge was coming. After a long trial & error evaluation it was decided that it's a wait & see situation.

I have purchased parts from them on more than one occasion. They have helped me troubleshoot my problems and got me the right part to solve my problem. I highly recommend.
