Great experience with Adman!

Always treated good

Bunch of good hard working electricians in my crew,

Adman has been nothing short of wonderful. Any bad experience anyone could have had, was probably because they got an answer they didn't want. The payroll department is not customer service and no one has ever been harsh, rude or crass in the last 4 years I have been here.

I have not dealt with anyone outside the payroll department. However, the lady (Polly/Patty) I did speak to was the most disrespectful, unprofessional customer service representative I have EVER talked to. I was absolutely disgusted with her tone of voice, sharp demeanor and condescending remarks. Having worked in the customer service field, I would have been "let go" on the spot if I spoke to anyone that way, and rightfully so. I most certainly will not be sugar-coating this experience...HORRIBLE!

Corey was very kind and patient with me while I asked questions and observed what he was doing. I feel very confident in his knowledge and skills and would recommend giving this group a try!

Woke up to no power in my master bedroom. Went to the fuse box to reset the breaker and had no luck. Called Adman and they had two electricians on-site within a couple hours. They found the wiring issue in a light switch within 5-10 minutes and had the issue fixed within another 10-minutes. Everything went great from the moment I called until the job was done. Highly recommended Adman based on my experience.

I truly cannot recommend this business highly enough. As a spa owner, I had very specific needs and a tight timeframe, and they exceeded expectations in every way. I regret not catching the names of the two technicians who came out, but based on my experience, it’s clear this entire team is top-notch.

Communication was excellent, the work was completed quickly and efficiently, and everything was left clean and organized. They were polite, professional, and a pleasure to work with. If you need any electrical work done, don’t hesitate—use them! 🙌
