They did some work a while ago, just getting around to reviewing.

They charged me less than they quoted because it took less time than they originally thought. That's integrity. Very professional, kind electricians who came out. Will absolutely be going with them again when I need more work.

The guys were very professional, polite and even cleaned up behind themselves. AWESOME JOB!! I would recommend them and definitely use them again

I was given a fair and honest quote for the services for which I requested. They did not try to upsell me or hassle me for additional services. The questions I did have about additional services were addressed by the electricians who came out and I will be using Foster Electric again in the near future for additional work.

Foster Electric is great. I called to get an estimate on adding a 240v outlet. Chris was able to give me an estimate from pictures I sent of the breaker panel and description of what I wanted. They got me scheduled quickly. The electrician (sorry I can't remember his name) showed up on time, and did exactly what I needed, rearranging breakers in the panel to make room for my 240. He even relabeled the panel so I would know what was where. The job was made even better by the fact they came in under the original estimate. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

I called Foster electric because I was experiencing issues with lights flickering in my light fixtures and wanted to make sure that it wasn't something more serious.
The receptionist was pleasant and professional.
I figured out that the problem was the type of bulbs I use for my fixtures, so when the technician arrived he advised me of what bulbs to use and even pulled the bulbs up on his phone to show me the wattage, cost and store to purchase them from.
Although I didn't require their services on this specific occasion I will for future services, and I will also recommend them to anyone who needs electric services.
My technician was David McCurry. He was honest, professional, polite and informative.

I had a couple of jobs done by them and while the workers were finishing up, taking the equipment out of the house they hit my door handle. Been over six months still haven’t fixed my door handle. They only care about the money and don’t care how they leave your house afterwards. Wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. Update after my review they delivered me a new door handle.

I had an electrical issue that I needed a professional to check out (1 ”room” in the house lost power). After checking the breaker/having ebp make sure i was getting proper power, I called and made an appointment, figuring a breaker had gone bad at this point.
The person on the phone was pleasant and efficient. They called the day before to confirm and then I received a call that day from the tech advising he was on the way.
Zach was AWESOME! Very efficient and went quicker than I’d anticipated. We confirmed what I figured it to be and he got it replaced. Simple and power restored! He was pleasant to work with and I appreciate him getting us taken care of.
If I have electrical needs again I won't hesitate to call.

The estimator was Chris. There were several projects that needed doing.
He was explaining the estimation and mentioned hardwired smoke detectors, that I needed one in each room. I told him I had already purchased them. He said they were not Catoosa County code. I trusted what he was saying so I complied. I had used Foster Electric before so I thought they were somewhat trustworthy.
Then the Catoosa County inspector came to sign off on their work. He said that hardwired smoke detectors were not required in existing homes, only in new.
I was pretty upset that I was lied to about this because I’m a senior on a fixed income and this took me way over my budget.

Foster Electric has done a couple of small projects for me. They have done good, neat work and I never got the feeling that they were trying to overcharge or upsell. In fact, when one of their technicians, Meechie, realized that my last job needed two people to troubleshoot, he cut his visit short and didn't charge me for the visit. That speaks well to his honesty and what I think is Foster's policy of building long-term relationships with their customers.

Zach & Chase were on time and completed installation of bathroom light fixtures and fans and chandelier in picture. Excellent work! Will be calling Foster Electric again.

Ian, Eli and Steven Professional, kind and honest. Their workmanship was clean and pristine. I am 60+ year, I was extremely anxious but they helped calm my anxiety of the aftermath. Thank you for sending them my way. May Jehovah bless you all.

I will never use anyone but Foster Electric. They are very dependable, professional, and reasonable. Don't look any further for an electrician. Just call Foster electric!!

I called Foster Electric for a non-functioning outlet. They were able to come to my house the next business day to resolve the issue.
David was the technician who came onsite. He quickly diagnosed the issue and did an excellent job rewiring a switch to get everything back in order. His attitude was great, and his work was of very high quality. Thanks again to David and the Foster Electric team.

We have had to call out Foster Electric twice, and both times the electricians have exceeded my expectations. Mike (Electrician) just left and he was quick, efficient and so kind! I will ALWAYS be using Foster Electric for all my electrical needs. Their pricing is incredibly fair and they’ve always resolved the issues quickly!

Foster did a great job quoting and installing a 50 amp plug to charge my car. They were quite creative in moving things around my full breaker box to make room so I didn’t need a new breaker box.

In Short: Foster is my first and only call for electrical work in the Chatt area. Everyone I've had the pleasure of working with @ Foster has been top notch! Special shout out to Aaron & Bryce who did the majority of my project.

Long story: I have a new large shop that needed power - 400 amp, phase converter, etc, big project. Asked around for recommendations and chased down the recommended outfits to come out and give me prices. Like herding cats! "They'll be less expensive than the big shops in town like Foster." I received one estimate by mail 3 weeks after they came out and looked at the project! What year is it?!

Frustrated with the inability to get anyone to come out I called Foster. What a breath of fresh air! Someone answered, scheduled a phone consult for a few days later. 30 mins for an estimate with Scott, a few follow up questions answered and we were off. I received a detailed not-to-exceed estimate/quote that was ~3/4 of the next lowest price I'd received.

Most important - they communicated when they would be able to start the work and then called and said they could actually start SOONER than originally scheduled.

I'd receive a call the day before the crew would arrive and a call when they were on the way over day of. At the end of each day I'd receive an invoice indicating how much parts & labor were for each day.

Aaron & Bryce always took the time to talk through and suggest improvements as the project progressed.

EPB took exceptionally long to bring new power out to the building but once that was done Foster fit me in and was out a day later to finish up the panel hookups.

All the inspections passed first time with no notes/fixes and I'm thrilled to have power in the shop.

On budget, on time - there is nothing better from a contactor.

My only *small* constructive feedback. When the crew finished up before final inspection they told me they'd call for final and it would be out the next day or two. Two days later I received a call from the office noting I needed to pay my final bill before inspection was called. I'd have paid my bill before the crew left had I known it was needed to expedite the inspection/power hookup process. Laying these steps out clearly for who/when/what needs to be scheduled/done would be very helpful.

I'm looking forward to the next time I need to call Foster for something. I never say that about contractors...

Foster's is a great company. They rewired my whole house from utility to new wire throughout my home. I cannot say enough about the electricians that did the work. They were respectful to us and the doggos. They made sure to ask questions and worked through some difficult obstacles. We have an older house and there were a lot of obstacles. My wife and I couldn't be happier with their work. We will definitely call them again when we build the greenhouse and outdoor kitchen.

Steve and Cole were punctual, professional, and finished the work within the estimated amount of time. They replaced our entryway chandelier (10ft sloped ceiling) and living room ceiling fan/ down rod combination on a 19 ft ceiling. They also cleaned up afterwards and hauled away the old fixtures. We would use them again!

Foster Electric was very professional and quick to respond to our location. They priced our project out so well that it beat out their competitors. We always get several quotes, but no reason to look any further than Foster Electric for our future projects. Additionally, we were impressed with the detailed receipt which included pictures. Very Pro.

I am blown away by the service, professionalism and kindness I received. I had a pendant light installed to replace a fluorescent fixture, wafer lights installed and two bathroom fixtures repaired. David and Preston did a wonderful job and were so kind to answer all my questions. They spent time talking to me to make sure my lights would be exactly what I wanted and expected. I am so pleased.

The men did an excellent job installing our new light.
