We had an issue and called Mr Electric and within an hour they had sent over someone to help us. Zach was incredibly professional, very thorough and gave us a few options for the repair. During his time at our residence he was very polite and courteous while doing a very long job. We are thrilled to have the issue resolved in such a timely manner.

I am updating to one star now that I know I was ripped off. My 5 star review was out of relief to have power back. But now that the dust settled - I confirmed Jordan directly lied to me about what was required for me to pass inspection. Some nonsense about my smoke detectors. I questioned it since we just passed inspection a few years ago, but he said the code just changed in 2025. Big Maury Povich level lies. $1,300 for smoke detectors and $600 for a second surge protector we also didn't need.

They also bought the wrong permits, sucked at communicating the inspection, failed the first inspection, and took forever to give my insurance the documents they needed for my claim.

After going through this process several of the people I had to deal with commented that Mr. Electric often overcharges. I wish I hadn't been so desperate to get my power back on that day.

Mr. Electric was amazing! After a tree limb ripped our power supply off our house, they responded super fast. Jordan was wonderful - he didna great job breaking everything down for us and making sure we understood what we were doing. JC and Larry worked so hard all day to get our power back same day! I didn't expect this to be resolved so fast. Thank yall so much!

The technician Zack and his crew were so professional. Polite and courteous. They performed an A plus job. Looked very nice and cleaned up the work areas also. Just an amazing job start to finish. Would highly recommend Mr Electric, great job Zach Werschky!

I had to have my house rewired and my breaker panel fixed due to two outlets smoking(my house is older and not wired correctly) Zach came over addressed my issues and we made a game plan he gave me 3 options and we decided on which worked best. Zach and Andrew worked so well in my house around my family and my dogs. They did an amazing job with everything they did in this house. I have to get any other worked done I will call back and request Zach and Andrew to come back. Very nice and knowledgeable about everything and patient. I can sleep much better now knowing all the wiring is safe and breaker panel. Highly recommend to anyone who needs work done.

Austin and Lawrence were great! I had several little projects going on and they got them all done in one day. Very conscientious and thorough. They put up with me hovering around and being the serial cleaner that I am!
A little spendy, but with electrical you don’t want to scrimp. Highly recommend.

Allen McKinney from Mr. Electric was outstanding. He replaced four ceiling fans, three hall lights, two bathroom exhaust fans and an outlet. He was extremely professional and just the nicest individual. We couldn’t be happier.

Generally my husband can replace a light fixture but this one had him stumped when we removed the florescent light and there was no junction box, just a hole with wires hanging down! We had used Foster Electric in the past so they were our first call. The whole process is automated and easy and quick. We sent over some pictures, got an estimate and Steven Crowley and Eddie showed up on time, finished in under an hour and it was done perfectly! Thanks again Foster Electric!

Foster Electric is awesome. Mary was very responsive to our needs and timing requirements. Zack, Cain and others were professional and efficient as they quickly completed the required work. They made no messes and cleaned up after each job, leaving things back to normal. Because of our remodeling project we used Foster on three occasions and were pleased each time. I highly recommend them for any electrical work needed.

The company was prompt in scheduling my visit. The technician called when he was on his way. He arrived at the scheduled time and installed the light on my back patio. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and polite. I will use them on future projects requiring an electrician.

2020 - My first experience was calling and speaking on the phone with Ms. Mary. She was so helpful and explained the process to me, made me feel comfortable to ask questions and didn't rush me. She then set me up for an estimate with Chris, he was another outstanding employee who came to my home, explained everything thoroughly and quoted me a reasonable price on a Monday. When I asked if they could come do everything I wanted that same week - they went above and beyond to make it happen. Chase and Josh were excellent in mounting my TV's and moving outlet boxes to where you would not see any wires. They were efficient and even helped me hang some sconces before they left! I had such a great experience, that I called Ms. Mary the following week to schedule them to come back out and change a light fixture out for me. Aaron showed up on time and was just as professional and friendly as all the other staff I had been in contact with. I cannot stress enough how grateful I am to have found Foster Electric. They are prompt, call ahead, go out of their way to make sure you feel comfortable with everything that they are doing. Huge thanks to all the staff! I can't wait to call them for the next project.

2022 - Two years later - and I'm still calling Foster Electric for all things electric. I booked my appointment online on Memorial Day - received a call on Tuesday to confirm - and Eli P. and Zach showed up Friday morning! Two ceiling fans, 20ft can lights changed and a new fixture put up - I'm still screaming how wonderful this company and their service is! Great service with great personalities!

I needed dedicated circuits for my new heating system. Foster Electric's team not only installed them efficiently but also explained the difference between 120V and 240V circuits and their appropriateness for my setup. Their service was far more informative and precise compared to others.

This is an outstanding business, they called me back promptly, scheduled the project very quickly and did superior work. Zack and Gage worked fast and efficiently and were through with everything in 4 hours. I will use them in the future for any work.

This is the fourth time that we have used Foster Electric, we have the utmost respect for this company. They are always very responsive and professional and always stay on schedule. This time they wired my shop and did fantastic, we have worked with a total of 8 different electricians and all of them have been great to work with.

We’ve recently scheduled an installation of a new breaker for a jacuzzi, Cole And David called 30 min ahead of ETA, they were friendly, respectful and very knowledgeable. They ensured the best plan of action and executed perfectly. They even showed our 11 month old attention seeking Siberian Husky some love. :) I highly recommend them to anyone who’s needing some electric work done with a company they can trust. We will certainly be using them again in the future.

Foster Electric is awesome! Quoted quickly and scheduled the work quickly. Then did the work very well and fast. There team working here was nice and great at what they were doing. They gave me confidence in their work and did it well. I am super impressed and will use them for all my future electrical needs! Wonderful company all around!

Update 2019 - Have had Foster Electric come out again for more work and Zack and Aaron did an amazing job putting up lights, fixing a fan, and an outlet! Still super impressed and happy with Foster Electric and their team!!

We hired Foster Electric to help with installing more electrical outlets and lights in our basement. They were incredibly professional and thorough throughout the entire process. But what really blew me away was that they literally advised us out of what would have been nearly a $5000 job for them and instead suggested an alternate option that ended up being only $600 for us. All because the original job really wouldn't suit our home's needs in the long term. For a company to literally talk you out of a job because it was the ethical and most honest thing to do totally floored us. As we were trying to weigh out our options we spoke with Chris over the phone. He was patient, answering all of our questions. We were on the phone for a solid 30 minutes and we never felt rushed off or that our questions were annoying to him. It means a lot when you feel that you can ask your questions and that they are patiently answered. When they came to do the job itself, they were punctual, professional, and did amazing work. No doubt about it, Foster Electric will be our company of choice for now and forevermore. Finding electricians that not only know how to do the job well but are professional and ethical through it all is something you just don't find every day. Thanks, Foster Electric!

Foster Electric for the win! We recently got a doorbell camera but our house is older and never had a doorbell, we contacted Foster Electric for a quote, from the first moment of contact, they were professional and caring and explained everything in detail. They got here earlier than expected and were so nice and amazing! Great people! Will be my go to now for anything electric. THANK YOU!!!

Fosters electricians did excellent work for us and solved all of our electrical needs in one trip! Very reasonable prices and they did a good job explaining what they were doing and talking us through any decisions we needed to make about the project. Very happy with the quality of service and would definitely hire them again if we have need in the future.

For the second time now, Foster Electric did a great job. This time it was only for a new outdoor outlet and outlet on my newly enclosed deck. The first time I had them move light switches and outlets to accommodate a new patio door. They are fast, friendly, and fair on pricing.

Zach, Hunter, and Justus did an amazing job on the work they did at my house. They changed out two fans, put in 8 can lights in our game room, and had to do some electrical adjustments. Foster electric was extremely professional and organized from the beginning on quickly sending Zach over for an estimate. It was all explained thoroughly to me how it would all turn out with best/ worse case scenarios. He got back with estimate the next morning. Very reasonable price! We booked it, scheduling called back promptly, and they were out doing the work in a few days. The guys were also professional and on time. Very polite! The work took amount of time predicted!!! I am over the moon excited how smoothly everything went and with our finished project!! We will most definitely call them in for future issues or projects and recommend them to anyone. Never had the pleasure of working with a more professional bunch. To start, the customer service was fantastic! I had to go back to revise the original quote for additional services and Chris was amazingly responsive and took care of everything that I needed. On the day of the scheduled appointment, Steven and Eli were phenomenal! They called ahead and arrived at the very beginning of the window I had been told. Super fun and easy to work with guys. No mess left to clean up nor damage done to anything. Keep up the great work and I would have no problem recommending Foster Electric to anyone!
