Isaiah Davis took great care of our home and showed attention to detail that the previous electricians did not. He came to swap and an EV charger and checked the work to discover that the previously company cut corners and performed a job “that would work”(my description) but was not exactly professionally done. Isaiah took him time, unlike the previous company, and completed the job with an eye for detail and a focus on quality work. We will not hesitate to call Mr. Electric for Isaiah to come back for future planned work. This young man was a breath of fresh air and has left us happy with our new EV home charger - finally! Thank you!!

Texas was very helpful. He was able to install a new dimmer switch for us. I was very happy with his electrical services.

The staff was great, polite, clean and quick. They installed a new main breaker box and sub panel, ran power to an outlet building including pulling a permit, and ran wiring and outlets to a new building. All that in 4 days.

If I could go back in time and avoid this company entirely, I absolutely would.
We paid a LOT of money for a full-house rewire, and what we got was the most unprofessional, careless, and unsafe experience I’ve ever had with any service company.

When the employees “finished” the job, they left our home in disgusting condition. There were spit bottles, Red Bull cans, large pieces of metal, nails, and long screws all over the floor, and dust and debris everywhere. A 90-year-old woman lives in this home, and the level of disrespect for her safety is unbelievable.

I found a sharp screw sticking out of my bedroom door that I easily could’ve stepped on.
Then my sister plugged something in and got shocked twice. When we reported it, instead of fixing it or taking it seriously, we were told “you just need to be careful with that plug.”
Imagine being told to “be careful” around an outlet in a house you just paid to have completely rewired.

When I called the general manager of the Chattanooga location about all of this, he was argumentative, defensive, and dismissive. He claimed they had come through with a shop vac.
Even if a shop vac can pick up screws, there is absolutely no way they vacuumed that house — not with the amount of dust, debris, metal pieces, and long screws that were still everywhere. It looked like they didn’t clean a thing.

There were also large holes left in our walls. His excuse was:
“Well, when we started the work we told y’all we wouldn’t be able to patch every hole.”
Leaving huge, gaping holes after being paid thousands of dollars is not “normal” — it’s lazy and unprofessional.

Then we noticed electrical boxes hanging off the side of the house. When we called, the technician told us EPB was responsible for putting them back up.
If that’s true, then why didn’t your team communicate with EPB? Why were we left to deal with something that should’ve been coordinated by the company doing the work?

From start to finish, this entire job was handled with zero communication, zero professionalism, and zero concern for safety.

The only professional person we encountered was the first technician who inspected the home. Everything after that was an absolute disaster.

I would never recommend this company to anyone — not for rewiring, not for repairs, not for anything.

Jordan, Texas and Trevor were the ones who worked with me and the electrical at my place. They kept their appointment time and did all of the necessary work required. They were very respectful of me and my property. Although the Mr. Electric company may charge more for their work, it’s well worth it to have it done right the first time. I am very pleased with the work they did for me.

Ben Freeman was great to work with. He handled our wall mount and electrical port placement efficiently, and when we changed our minds about the placement, he came back and took care of it without any issues. He’s professional, friendly, and clearly knows his stuff. We’d happily use this company again — especially if we can work with Ben.

Amazing. Great customer service. Very flexible during emergency situation, even though online showed no appointments available I called and they sent a technician out within an hour. Found the problem and fixed it fast. Great pricing.

Awesome service! Austin helped clear up the issues we were having. He explained everything in great detail. And answered all questions we had. Also assured us if we have any further issues to contact him and he would be back to care of things.

I was very impressed with Allen McKinney, I needed an electrical outlet to be installed in my bathroom and the wiring needed to be connected directly to the main breaker panel, this was not an easy task. Allen was very communicative and skilled to give me suggestions. He is an expert, very obliging and has a fantastic personality. He completed the work promptly, and made sure everything was safe before he left.
Allen's professionalism exemplifies what it means to put the customer first. His efforts not only resolved my issue but also significantly strengthened my appreciation for your company.

I had an emergency with my electrical panel, and I needed service right away. I was on the brink of losing all my power to my home. Mr. Electric sent out one of their service reps the very next day. My service professional, Isaiah, is awesome! He was very attentive to my needs, kept me updated with his progress, and displayed excellent customer service. He got my electricity up and running. I would like to say that Mr. Electric of Chattanooga staff were very professional and were great to work with. Isaiah was awesome this young man came in and did a diagnostic to locate the problem. Find the problem and fix the problem. He climbed up on the rooftop to locate which section of the pipe wire lines was damaged and needed to be replaced. Furthermore Isaiah had to do more climbing on the inside of our church due to the high ceiling 20ft. I can truly say he earned his paycheck today 😂. Great job on completed work and getting our lights working again! Your dedication and hard work are truly commendable. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone needing any electrical work.

On one of the coldest days of the year our power went out. Called your company on a Sunday and Allen the technician came out..He had to replace our electrical panel. Power was restored in a timely manner. He was professional and explained the necessary repair. Grateful for getting our power back on especially since was on a Sunday.

Matthew from Mr. Sparky was awesome, super nice guy. He replaced our breaker box that burnt out and installed new smoke detectors. Everything got done faster than I thought and did a wonderful job and made sure everything was working properly before leaving.

Zach and Robert were excellent! They worked hard, were polite, followed up, and communicated every step. We actually had to replace our entire electrical box and meter because they were unsafe and overheating. Zach walked us through the process, the payment plans, and answered all of our questions with patience and professionalism. Mr. Electric was also the only electric company that we called that kept its original appointment date and time for us. We would 100% recommend and use them again.

Mr. Electric was responsive and a professional came over the same day. They sent the technician’s name and picture (Allen) and estimated arrival time.
The technician was superb. He was detailed and explained everything he was doing and gave an estimate that was realistic and affordable. He came back the next day and fixed the issue. His work is exceptional and he was also tolerant of our overly affectionate furry friend.

We had a complete replacement of our old breaker box, with over 30 circuits. Our installer Isaiah worked steadily on this project for hours. His friendliness and professionalism were tops. The quality of his work was incredible. He showed such skill, craftsmanship and precision, I felt that our job was very cared about. I am happy to recommend Mr. Electric.
