Their customer service is excellent and my electrician Texas was highly knowledgeable and thorough. The price was reasonable considering the amount of work I needed and the quality of the repairs was top tier!

Scam- they work for commission, they advertise free calls outs but then it’s 399 for them to tell you what’s wrong, then then they will do everything they can to convince you everything the needs replaced, the guy that came for me said he didn’t know what was wrong then sent me a invoice for over 8k to replace everything, I called another electrician and they fixed my problem for under $200. My sister also fell victim to there scam they replaced her whole electrical panel and it didn’t fix the issue she called for at all. If you want to know who to call I’d recommend foster electric, very professional and way cheaper than here. All in all this is a scam, save your hard earned money 😁

Mr. electric claims they have not worked on my house since 2024, since Mr. electric does not like to take ownership of their faults and wrongdoings, I am attaching the estimate they sent me with a timestamp. I hope you all see how this reflects on their integrity as a company as they intentionally tried to discredit what I said. Don’t be another victim my hope is one day new leadership will take over and treat everybody fairly and not try to scam anyone. I would also like to add this company has already called me and discussed with me about my review which makes it so much worse that they’re trying to pretend I am lying. Thank you for your time.

First off, the customer service of this company is 10/10, I called with an emergency when our house had a neutral line break causing us to lose our entire panel and power to most of our house including our refrigerators and deep freezers which had fresh groceries in them. They answered promptly and dispatched someone out within a couple of hours. We were fortunate to have Robert as our electrician, he walked us through everything, explained everything thoroughly, and went to work immediately, and we had our service reconnected, and everything even better than it was before by the next day. Can’t recommend this company enough!

I hired Mr. Electric to come out and fix my wonky electrics. I lost power in half of my kitchen and half of my dining room. Mr. Isaiah Davis was the technician and he did an excellent job determining, and fixing, the problem on this old house. It was not an easy task, but Mr. Davis made it work. He is very professional and affable and does excellent work. Thank you, Isaiah Davis!

The technicians sent to install our new ceiling fans were awesome. Andy, Casey, and Isaiah were professional, but could also talk football while they worked. They did not mind me hovering and “helping” them. The fans are running well and look great.

Professional review of the home electrical system. Needed a new smoke detector and replaced the heat and air unit breaker setup. Should be good to go for a number of years! Very pleased with the technician and his ability to get everything done in one trip!

The service man arrived promptly, looked at what we needed, and gave us an estimate over $300 less than another company. He installed the outlet, and then offered to provide a free check of our electrical system. He was very professional and thorough. We were beyond pleased with him and his company. They had been recommended by a friend, and they exceeded our expectations. A company I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Jordan came out and looked at all the issues I had going g on , gave me a price, Texas came out the next day, did everything I agreed on and a few other things. Did a great job. I would definitely use them again.

The team that I was sent was very efficient and friendly. They quickly started the repairs/replacements and completed them in one day. I really did appreciate this because I had power cut to one part of my house and had a deep freezer and fridge to worry about. They even showed us the completed work and made sure we were happy with it. The financing portion was easy to apply for as well.

Wonderful experience! Jordon, Texas, and Lorenz were all so helpful, professional, knowledgeable, and honest with our new home's electrical issues. They were able to install a brand new breaker box, move our service box, and move the electrical lines that were too close to our back deck. The job was completed in a very timely manner, and everything was explained perfectly. I highly recommend getting these guys to help with any electrical issues!

I called Mr Electric because they had done some work at my house before. They were quick to respond and solved my problem quickly.

This time i called because of a reoccurring breaker trip. It happened twice in a week and the last time it stayed off. They came out and inspected the breaker and the whole electrical panel. They found a bad breaker, a missing ground, and arcing on one of the power lines coming into the breaker box. They suggested i immediately replace the panel. It was a fire and electrical hazard for the whole house. They quoted me a price and we got started.

They had a team at my house in about 2 hours with a new fuse box, grounding equipment, and all new breakers. They installed in everything in about 5 hrs. The new ground protected my in coming AC lines and the breaker box. They replaced every breaker in the panel and organized the wires feeding into the box. They relabeled the panel and handwriting might be their only fault, but they checked to be sure I could read it. By dark my house was powered up again safely. None of the breakers have tripped since then

I recently moved to the Chattanooga area and had a light switch to stop working. I had heard Mr. Electric did good work. I called and Josh came out and did a complimentary review of my home and found some issues that needed immediate attention. He called in Texas to take care of the switch and begin the work on the urgent issues. They both did an excellent job. Their friendliness and professionalism was greatly appreciated. I still have some issues remaining and will be calling them to complete the job.

We love this company! Isaiah was our technician tonight and he was SO incredible— he came out late, last minute in the evening for a stubborn electrical issue we’ve been having. He identified two problems super quickly and showed us what he did to ensure it wouldn’t be a reoccurring issue! This business is organized, efficient, and the staff is wonderful!

We had an emergency situation regarding an outlet and thankfully our electrician, Texas, was prompt and very helpful! He was friendly through a stressful situation for us. His humor was also top notch!

Edit: I needed to make an edit as we needed to make some major changes in our house due to old wiring being present, and we used Mr. Electric again for those services. Our electrician, Robert, worked hard and was very informative to make sure our house was safe as possible. We really appreciate this company and the electricians that have come through to give my husband and I peace of mind. They also cleaned up VERY well after the job was done. That's huge to me, and I was very happy that they left no trace.
