Highly recommend! They were amazing to work with, and very interested in my satisfaction. Everything was laid out and discussed from the beginning and they came through with all of the promises. We hired them for multiple turf areas, flagstone patio and borders, and other various stone and fence work. Everything was top notch and the attention to detail was superb.

David and his team took on a project for us in our backyard and we could not be more thrilled. His level of communication throughout the project was fantastic and his team went above and beyond. David and team installed landscaping and irrigation for us recently and did an excellent job! David listened to our needs and wants and designed both beautiful landscaping and efficient, easy to operate irrigation. David and his team are professional and courteous and it was a pleasure to have them on our property.

David and his team did a fantastic job with our project. We had artifical turf installed in our side yard and some transplanting, new planting, trimming of shrubs and trees and fresh mulch installed around the rest of our yard. All of our neighbors had positive comments. With the artificial turf, we of course we never mow our yard and it's always perfectly manicured when we have dinner and drinks. If you have a yard project, please give Grass & More Outdoor Services a chance. You will not be disappointed!

Working with David and his team at Grass & More was an extremely positive landscaping experience from beginning to end. We used Grass and More for what was a huge project for us. It took a while to get the project started but the wait was well worth it. Once David began his team was on site all day every day and finished the project quickly, efficiently and professionally. We could not be more pleased and recommend them unreservedly.
Our back yard was divided across the middle with a retaining wall that had fallen down a couple years ago leaving part of the yard high with a drop off to an unusable part. David suggested a plan to remediate the mess. He completely transformed our yard—building a retaining wall along our back property line and grading/filling the back yard with truckloads of fill dirt. After the grading and wall were completed David sodded the area, repaired our irrigation system, and completely cleaned up. Finished project was even better than we envisioned.

Let me 1st say that it took me awhile to complete my review; this is because I wasn't sure I could accurately and completely relay how happy we are with our project! David and his crew are by far the most respectful, friendly and professional I've come across in a very long time. David came out to our home several times and was instrumental in making my dream of a beautiful dog run for our 4 GSD's come true. He took what was in my head, understood what I wanted and needed, and then came up with a perfect solution. We did a combination of artificial turf and concrete; he gave me that, plus suggested solutions for water run-off and maintenance. When it came time for the actual work, if there were any issues (i.e. weather delays, etc), he ALWAYS communicated them with me and we always knew when crew would be here. Oh, and the CREW!! Noe and everyone that worked on our beautiful dog run were wonderful They were respectful of our home and property and cleaned up after themselves after every day. We enjoyed having them at our home, and trusted them - they worked so hard (even in very hot, humid weather) to make our project beautiful. At the end of the project, they cleaned up not only in the dog run area, but they took the time to blow any debris off our front patio, and even hosed it down for me! One extra little, special, thoughtful touch that meant so much to me - on the day they finished, Noe even cut out a bone-shaped mat with some of the left-over turf - it's adorable and I love it. I can't say enough about the wonderful expertise, professionalism, hard work and friendliness of David and his crew! If you have a project you're considering them for, know that you will be taken well care of. :)

David and Lisa run a top rate local, family business! We had the pleasure of having David and his team design and execute a remarkable outdoor escape in North Shore Chattanooga. From the beginning David was responsive, always reachable, and listened to our general desires. We let him run with it from there and the project included repairing and expanding an existing irrigation system, grading a yard, installing artificial turf, paver stones, small retaining wall, rock/mulch beds with various plants around the perimeter.

David made every design consultation appointment on time, was respectful of our time and made every visit efficient. He likes to schedule out his projects and only bring his team in when they are fully ready to do the work—i.e. when they have both the material and labor. This was great as once they got on site they completed the work in a timely manner to ensure they didn’t start/stop which prevented the frustration of having a partially completed mess.

We had some small adjustments and change orders and David did a great job clearly communicating how each would be incorporated. Finally, David did not leave until we assured him that everything was perfect. From time to time we have some questions that arise regarding the care of our plants and he continues to impress us with his customer service and willing to give us support long after the check has been cashed.

As for the billing, Lisa produces very detailed, transparent invoices which gave us the satisfaction of knowing exactly what we were paying for.

I not only recommend Grass & More but look forward to working with them in the future for landscape maintenance and other design opportunities in the future!

We have been using Grass & More outdoor for years. They always make sure I am happy with their work and the owner, David, is a pleasure to work with. They designed our custom landscaping plan, complete with irrigation/ lighting, and we love it! We also utilize them every spring and fall for maintenance. The crew is fast and efficient and after this many years they know what I like which makes my life easy! Highly recommend.

Our landscape was nearly 25 years old and in much need of a major makeover. We spend a lot of time outside, so having a nice yard is something we really enjoy. This project was going to be bigger than I cared to take on at this point in life, so we searched the internet and settled on three landscape services with which to meet. After completing this process, we felt that David and Grass & More Outdoor Services were the right people.

David was our point person, and he was very responsive throughout the process. He was able to offer many ideas, much of which we used in the final plan, but he was also a great listener to our thoughts and found ways to incorporate things important to us. We knew this was going to be a significant investment, but David gave us a confidence throughout that assured us we were not wasting our money. He was very patient and offered helpful options to help meet our budget.

When the actual work began we met the crew who would be doing our work. They were the best - hard working, knowledgeable, and careful not to damage our lawn and sidewalk. I can't stress enough what a good crew we had on our project. The project took a full week, and I would come home after work each day amazed at what was being created. Not only were we having to replace trees and shrubs; we were also wanting to extend our irrigation to the back of our property and add lighting to our house and landscaping. Additionally, we needed the grading along our house improved to help with drainage.

We were so pleased and proud of the final results. It was so much more than we had anticipated even though David had provided sketches and a detailed quote detailing what was included. I have to say that David and the people of Grass & More were the most professional and easy to work with people I've ever encountered. I would highly recommend giving them a chance to show what they can do for you. I've given David permission to use me as a reference if anyone needs more information than included in this review.

I can't say enough about David and his crew. They did a beautiful job installing a putting green and surrounding landscaping in our backyard. They were extremely thorough and I always knew what was happening with our project throughout the process. This is one of the best landscapers we've worked with in the area!

David and his crew are top notch. They keep the grounds at Patterson Farm beautiful and perfectly manicured. Also, Jantzen installed and irrigation system that works great. He comes and winterizes in the fall and reconnects it in the spring. Super hard workers and all are very friendly and helpful.

David, Lisa and his crew are TOP NOTCH! We recently used David to do a complete scrape and redesign of our property that was a 20 year old previous owner nightmare.
David took the time to listen, provide recommendations and then design the perfect landscape plan for our place. He also completed an overhaul of our sprinkler system which was a challenge given the ridge we are on and property line.
We did have a minor hiccup with a neighbor and David was a true gentleman and statesman with the situation.

David, Lisa and the entire team are truly outstanding and professional in every sense of the word. From our very first contact to help us with a putting green on our property, they executed everything they promised, and on budget!
I have been in the golf industry for over 30 years and taking on this project for our family was extremely important to me as we now have 4 generations of our family sharing our 'compound' out in Dunlap. The venue that David and crew have produced for us will be cherished for years to come and will surely increase our family's love for the game. We have a very large piece of property so David and team were extremely helpful in designing and building a green area that can receive shots from up to 100 yards and is expandable if we ever decide to go that direction.
