Casey and Owen recently cleaned our gutters and windows. Our home has a lot windows and most are not easy to get to. Besides being absolute gentleman, they did such a wonderful job and respected our home! This is our second time using this company and we will definitely continue. Such wonderful service!

I have spent over a month trying to get a quote for window cleaning. And also replacement of front door film. My invoice clearly says “lifetime guarantee“ and now these unprofessional people are saying, the manufacturer of the film won’t guarantee it and that I need to provide some kind of written agreement from their film manufacturer. Why would I have that when I clearly have a guarantee invoice from window genie??

P.S. The invoice which says "lifetime guarantee" doesn't say only if the franchise is never sold and records fail to be transferred. You know it's your product as you can clearly see the invoice!!

And it is a LIE that the window cleaning estimate was left on a voicemail. You left a voicemail AFTER I filed a complaint and 2 weeks after someone measured the windows. And still there was no quote only a vague reference in voicemail. These people are absolutely unprofessional!!!!!

Caleb was knowledgable and did an excellent job clearing the leaves from my gutters. Also his customer service was unmatched. I would recommend this company to friends based on Calebs service.

Terry and Andre made a great team. They provided useful information while doing an exceptional job cleaning gutters and windows.

Gabriel took care of all the work I needed done. They are prompt, attentive and done a great job. The secretary Cheyenne was amazing to work with as well.

Our 27 year old windows look brand new! Terry and Gary went above and beyond to do the job right. Highly recommend.

Very polite and thorough crew. They encouraged me to walk our commercial building and point out anything I saw that needed extra attention and they didn't seem at all annoyed by how picky I was.

Bryson and Andre were excellent! They arrived on time and worked effectively doing a thorough job. Windows and siding are like new again.

PLEASE READ: The reply left on this review from Window Genie is full of falsities and half truths. This company is at best unorganized, unprofessional, and their staff lacks basic cleaning skills.

There was no lack of communication on my part. I did not add services the day-of. This company committed to a job and did not fulfill their responsibilities, or did so poorly. Plain and simple.

1. I communicated with multiple people throughout the week regarding the services I needed and the quote. The staff was confused from the beginning, which should have been a sign to find another company.

2. I did not add any services the day of, but I’d did ask for them to remove the services that they added without permission. I requested my cabinet doors be cleaned on the phone when I called for the original quote. The next day, a different person from this company called to give me a quote - starting all over from the beginning (again, lack of organization). I gave him all of the info, again, and told him that someone had already called the day before.

3. My request to add the pressure washing was approved by this company. Sadly, that job was also not performed properly and my door knobs and fixtures were ruined.

I support small & local businesses that deserve support. This company, especially after the lies in their reply, will not receive support from anyone I know.

Original Review: Office staff became confused about what services I’d requested. What should have been a simple window clean and pressure wash quickly became a debacle. The technicians came with orders to pressure wash my asphalt driveway. I clarified that I did not want the driveway pressure washed, reached out to office staff to adjust the estimate. They deducted $30 from the estimate for an entire driveway. They couldn’t pressure wash sidewalk because it wasn’t old enough. They charged me for 26 windows, though I only have 9 - when I asked about that, they sent me a link expaining their window counting method - 9 is 9, if you ask me. Once they’d completed the job, I checked the windows - ALL windows were covered in streaks or drips and they didn’t complete all windows. I, again, reached out for solution. They couldn’t come back until the day of my event. First of all, why are you a window cleaning service and you can’t even clean windows properly?? Secondly, I can’t risk them coming back out just hours before my event. I ended up having to hire my cleaning lady to rush to my house to clean the windows. Additionally, the concrete that was pressure washed was still dirty and whatever solution they use to pressure wash has ruined my door knobs - I didn’t even address the concrete or knobs with them, in fear of another argument - never mentioned it. They offered NO solution, but threatened that I pay my invoice immediately. No discount for the poor cleaning, hiring someone else to fix it, or the hassle of dealing with the disorganization (honestly, like dealing with someone who doesn’t speak your language and talks in circles) of the office staff. Every communication I’ve had with the office staff has been frustrating, as they truly have no clue what was going on or the services that I’d requested. They continue to argue with me about everything, including services I didn’t even request (pressure washing the driveway). I NEVER mentioned the driveway, not once. They sent a long email, basically telling me how I agreed to the services and they want their money. They’ve now offered to come back to clean my concrete (which I never mentioned, so they KNEW they didn’t clean it) and to reclean the windows (that I’ve already hired someone else to do - and they know that). They should’ve done it right the first time and all of this would have been avoided. Nothing about this experience was positive, once they arrived to my home. Working in real estate, and I have never dealt with a company as unprofessional, disorganized. Honestly, I feel I was scammed out of my money. Beware.

Garreth and Dustin were on time and did a great job on washing the house and cleaning the gutters. They informed me on the process and were courteous.

They pressure washed our house & washed our exterior windows yesterday. They did an outstanding job. They were the best we have used since being in our home. We will definitely use them again in the Spring.

I highly recommend Window Genie! They did a fantastic job cleaning my windows. I have many windows that are 3 stories high and they were meticulously cleaned inside and outside. The workers demonstrated professionalism and courtesy.
They didn’t leave until I was 100% satisfied.

Owen arrived promptly on time and we discussed all that we wanted done. He worked thoroughly on All the windows and siding. All results were very satisfactory.

Window Genie did an excellent job and the 3 man crew was very efficient and polite. Our eaves and gutters were so dirty and now they look brand new! Will definitely use them again in the future!

They never showed up the day of the appointment, they called and set one up for the next day, they were very nice

Window Genie provided me with a same day quote and excellent recommendations specific to my home. Their quote for the work was the best price of 3 quotes obtained. Work was completed within 5 days. The technicians that came to the house were on time, efficient and professional. They went above and beyond, when they helped by moving my porch furniture back to its place. I will be using Window Genie in the future for exterior cleaning needs.

Cheyenne was great to work with! She dealt with all my questions and was on top of it! I appreciate the quick responses. They were timely to come out and put up the Christmas lights. Their work looks great! Would 100% recommend!

Owen & Ethan pressure washed my house, removed & washed the screens, cleaned windows inside and out including window sills, cleaned out the gutters, cleaned storm doors and a large screen porch plus a porch on the front of the house. The house was spotless when they left.

They were polite young men and very particular about their work. I will request Owen and Ethan in the future.

I had used Window Genie once before and I obviously was very pleased that time.

Gabriel was very accommodating when scheduling my appointment.

Everything went very smoothly and I was very pleased with Window Genie.
