Window Genie did a super job on our house. They were thorough, professional and delivered a great result. They even had higher expectations than I did! Really impressed me.

Absolutely the best value in the business, they have been cleaning my house for the past 6 years and I couldn’t be more happier. They make sure every inch of your house is cleaned and also their administration is very polite and on-point! I will only have them cleaning my house!

The crew that came out to wash my house was professional and polite. Overall, the job was satisfactory but a couple of spots were missed and a dryer vent cover was blown apart.

This was my 5th house wash/pressure wash/window cleaning by Window Genie. Their techs did a great job and the cost was very affordable. They even came back a couple days later to touch up some areas at no charge.

Window Genie did excellent work pressure washing our house and cleaning our gutters! Caleb and Andre were friendly, polite and professional. They invited me to inspect their work and it was very well done. And Cheyenne in their office is very helpful, with great communication.

Skylar did a great job and had me walk around and check everything to make sure I was happy with what he had done.

I gave this company a 2 rating due to me paying full price,and only getting half the service. They only used a leaf blower to clean gutters when I should have received a full clean with water as well to make sure gutters were not clogged,and flowing right. When they were done,from the photos I still saw leaf particles in the gutters. If I wanted half the service,I could have had a family member do it,but thinking I would get the professional experience I didn't receive....Update... The company did just came back out to flush my gutters.. Thanks for going the extra mile,making sure I was satified with everything...The owner came out himself to make sure the job was done right!

We have some windows that are impossible (for me) or very hard to get to, and these guys used equipment and effort (and skill) to do a nice job on 17 windows for $200. There was a mix-up between my wife (who was gone when they came) and me about which windows, and without arguing they came back to do a few they had “missed.” They were super professional and efficient. I give 5 stars cheerfully, but they had agreed on-site to include making a swipe at the windows in our garage door, which they didn’t do the first time because the door had been retracted when they were finishing up and I was on a client call (but they didn’t try to tell me that as I signed the papers approving the work), and they skipped it again on the re-visit even though we specifically discussed it on the spot. I’ll be calling them about it and if they come back to do that I’ll update (assuming I can figure out how). I would say just plan to be better customers than we were by being there and actively confirming exact work and inspecting before they leave. I still would use them again for sure. (Update: they cheerfully came a third time and got the garage windows. Nice.)

These folks are great! They will make sure you are happy with all the work they do at your home. The workers are friendly and helpful. They helped my brother move furniture on my parents’s porch even though that’s not part of their job. We have used them multiple times at our home and at my parents home too. I highly recommend them. They are honest, trustworthy and hard working and your home will look brand new when they are done.

Dang these guys were good! I didn’t know men could clean like that! 😆They were very thorough. They cleaned our windows inside and outside and pressure washed the whole house and the roof! It all looks brand new! The price was very reasonable. I strongly recommend this company!

Peyton arrived on time. He was pleasant and told me what he was going to do. He did a very thorough job of cleaning the gutters and washing the house. Everything looks great and would request for him to do the job when it is needed again. Window Genie is great, I will use them every time.

Great experience! They were able to come on a short timeline, which we needed and appreciated. Everything looked very nice afterward.

The workers that showed up were extremely polite and cleaned up after themselves. My one complaint is the job felt rushed, literally in and out in 15 minutes. The rush can be seen in the quality of work. I paid $275 and didn’t expect to have small gaps along the edge.

Update-sent the same tech back a second time. He made a mistake while redoing the window and instead of starting over, he chose to continue with poor quality. Instead of asking me to look at window before leaving, they loaded up and never came back for me to ask about gaps again. Window frame edges are like waves and very inconsistent.

From the moment I called the really bright and efficient Cheyene at Window Genie to the pricing and the unique challenges of gutter cleaning and caulking some gutter seams it was a great experience. Andrea and Caleb were the epitome of professional employees who took care of the job quickly and thoroughly. I had anohter issue which they undertook while on the job for a slight upcharge. The owner came over to supervise the caulking job and I appreciated that. The price was very reasonable and beat thier competitors.I plan to use them every year. As you can see, this was a tall order. Thanks to all of you for making this a great project.
