I had Henry come out to my house to provide a quote on a huge pool project. He looked me in the eye and told me, "You'll hear from me", promising me a quote on our project. After over a month, while taking one of my calls and sending me one email, he never provided a quote or returned any of my other messages again. My last voicemail was simply requesting any communication at all with direction for my project and it was not returned either. They definitely left us disappointed and with no quote or communication as promised.

Henry and his crew were absolutely great to work with. I really appreciated Henry's prompt responses to email, texts and phone calls as well as his flexibility when I had to change my backyard plans. His crew did an excellent job on restoring a wood retaining wall, and a paver patio and steps. They men were very efficient, worked hard, very polite and took great care in protecting plants and surrounding areas. I really appreciated their professionalism and would not hesitate to recommend them to others. I look forward to having their help with future projects. Great job DreamScapes!

My experience with Dreamscapes is quite possibly the best I’ve ever had with a contracted project - ever. Henry took time to get us samples to make sure that we’d be thoroughly pleased with the colors, textures and design of our renovated pool deck. He kept me constantly updated as materials arrived, started the job when he said we would and finished on time which allowed us to have family over to enjoy our beautiful pool on the 4th. I’m beyond pleased with the finished product and would recommend Dreamscapes to anyone (and already have)!

The owner, Henry Hays, worked closely with our pool contractor and gave us a fantastic design. Henry (the owner) and his crew did a great job for us! After years of trying to find someone to help repair our travertine decking, we found the Dreamscapes website, called them and the next day we had the owner and his office manager, Natalie, at our farm going over what we needed. We then had a quote within 2 days and the next week got started. The work crews showed up on time, cleaned up after each day, brought additional needed items to our attention and completed the job within 10 days, as promised. We couldn't be happier and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Our project was to replace 2500 sq ft of driveway, sideway and steps. Henry jummped through hoops helping us find the colors we wanted. The pavers syle and colors we wanted had to be shipped from the Maryland plant. Henry and his team were outstanding..... they started the project on time, worked very hard, kept the job sight clean. Any time we had questions o wanted didnt like somethen Henry took care of it immediately. We will use Henry again and certainly highly recommend Henry and his crew. Henry and his team did a wonderful job on our back deck. The old deck caused flooding and water damage near the house as it was uneven and did not contain a proper drainage system. The team installed a drainage system to prevent flooding and it looks & works great. The new stone has grip in the rain to prevent slipping and is even more beautiful in person. The whole project from tear out of old deck to the complete installation of new one took only two weeks total!! They work fast and efficiently. They went above and beyond to provide a functional and beautiful patio. I highly recommend this team and will always use them for future projects. Thank you all so much!

My wife and I spent months evaluating pool installers, various pool designs and features. Eighteen months later, we broke ground. We had a plan and solid visual of the pool, but it wasn't until we engaged Henry with Dreamscapes until this project really came together. Henry worked with us, listened to our thoughts, needs, concerns.. then professionally walked us towards exactly what we wanted. He laid out his proposal, addressed issues we had not considered. Dreamscapes landed on the property, executed with precision and completed the project on the exact day promised. Over the last year, I've had dozens of neighbors ask who installed the travertine pavers and I've happily provided the referral. Wow! What a transformation! Couldn’t be happier with the work that was done. Dreamscapes has given us our dream backyard. Long story short, we had contracted someone else to build our backyard and it was a total disaster. After several years of litigation we have now won our court case and the appeal...something I wouldn’t wish upon anyone! Obviously I trusted no one, especially contractors, anymore. I contacted Henry at dreamscapes and told him about my issues from my previous contractor and let him fully understand about how jaded I was from the debacle that had taken place. This wasn’t his first rodeo either dealing with a mess someone else had made and having to come behind and clean up the mess. I did more research after talking with him and we decided to go with dreamscapes. It was a good decision! I found a contractor who actually does what he says and does it when he says he’ll do it. Unlike most contractors who have multiple jobs going on at one time he focuses on one project at a time and doesn’t leave until it’s completed. Of course this might mean you may have to get in line but it’s worth the wait. I’d much rather have someone fully engaged and focused on the task at hand than someone who is distracted with other projects going on. The quality of workmanship and the final product he delivered was great. He also stayed true to his estimate/quote he laid out in his contract with us. If you’ve ever worked with a general contractor you know how big of a deal that is. Henry also keeps you well informed about what and when something is happening and he’s easy to get in touch with. Most contractors I’ve dealt with you have to contact them a few times before they’ll get back in touch with you...not so with Henry. I have been elated with the product and service dreamscapes has provided me and would recommend no else.

When we hired DreamScapes to do our backyard project, we had just a rough idea of what we wanted the space to look like. It included a pergola and more open views onto the golf course. The end result was far more than what we imagined could be done with that area, and it fell within our budget as well. Henry listened to our vision and used his knowledge and creativity to come up with a space that is beautiful and functional. He is a true professional and was responsive and communicative throughout the entire project. He also has a wonderful eye for design and aesthetics. Henry and the team at Dreamscapes did incredible work replacing a 40-year-old, decrepit, unusable tennis court with 2 pickleball courts, an expansive garden area, and a covered outdoor living space. A And they dealt with many unexpected problems along the way with grace and good humor! Dreamscapes managed well to the agreed-upon budget and delivered the pickleball court in time for our first get-together. Throughout, they assisted with design ideas and alternatives. Everyone who sees the renovation has been very impressed — and we are enjoying it immensely.
