Anderson removed a massive fallen tree in my front driveway that had fallen on top of a car but not demolished it. It was also very close to two other cars that had not been damaged by the storm / tree as well. They managed to cut, and remove very deliberately and carefully, while salvaging the car under the trunk, while simultaneously protecting the other two close by cars. I was pretty nervous about it all, and they did great. Thank you!

I had a neighbor's tree fall on my home during a storm recently. I contacted Big Woody's Tree Service and Matthew Derrick came to my home within 2 hours after speaking with him. He provided an estimate and said they would have the tree removed that day. They were extremely busy due to the number of claims they received due to this storm. As promised, Big Woody's arrived the same day, removed the tree, placed a tarp on the roof and cleaned up all debris left by the damage and removal of the tree.

I can't say enough good things about how prompt, courteous and professional they were. The guys that did the work were excellent and Erica, who is the point of contact and provides the invoice, replied immediately to every request, submitted the necessary paperwork to me and my insurance company. She has been great to work with.

For a catastrophic event, these guys definitely made it easier to deal with. They couldn't have been nicer or provided better service. I would definitely use them again, if needed. 5 stars!!

Woodys was on time, very safe and professional in tree removal. They work well as a team, I would gladly use again.

I called on a weekend and that Monday they had someone come out and give me an incredible price for the tree removal. Very competitive pricing. They had the crew out in a couple of days and had two huge trees down and all cleaned up within a few hours. I have used other tree services before but I will from now on only use these guys!!! 5 star all the way!

Big Woodys is big time professional. A large tree landed on my roof in a recent storm and Big Woody’s crew was in the neighborhood. I had not called them but they pivoted from another job to remove the tree and tarp the roof. Saved me. The guys were super professional and super friendly and made me feel better in bad situation. Professionals! After contacting and dealing with big woody tree service , our tree issues are no more. We recieved a threatening letter from a local wanna be builder about a tree on our property .Our tree was dead for years, next to a wooded lot. The wanna be builder never contacted us about removing the tree after the lot was cleared.As the new home neared completion, we received a notice to remove the tree. Now being liable for a dangerous tree situation ,we called Robert at big woody. Robert was prompted on his appointment with us, and reassured us that big woody would handle and remove the tree with no issues. Our tree removal would be 1 week from the quote signing due to backlog of work. We explained to Robert our situation with a unprofessional, and threatening wanna be builder next door. Big woody tree service worked their schedule, and fit us in to remove the tree quickly . These guys are 5 star +. The tree team were all in sync, like a well oiled machine . All tree remains were cleaned up, no issues, no mess , no damages. Thank you Robert and the whole crew!

I highly recommend Big Woody's Tree Service! From my first phone call I found them to be both personable and professional. Their price was fair and the tree removal team was very professional and precise in removing the tree that had fallen on my garden shed, and in taking down the two remaining trunks of the huge tree, even though one of these trunks was leaning ominously toward a second nearby shed. They completely cleaned up all debris.

Did a outstanding job using their 70 ton crane to lift approximately 60 ft tree off of my house with no damage to my house

Arrived on time. Up to date equipment. Highly knowledgeable. Completed the job quickly and cleaned the yard. When asked if I was satisfied, I thought a couple more branches should be taken. No argument, quickly reset the truck and took them down. Very happy with the service.

Yesterday was an exciting day at the Cresswell house. Mama and I had a busy day watching them cut down 5 of our most intimidating trees around the house. For those wondering, we used Big Woody's Tree Service. Yes, they are probably going to cost more than some others, BUT if you're looking for someone with the equipment and experience needed to drop huge trees hovering dangerously close to your home, they're the ones to call. We personally were not willing to cut corners by using uninsured individuals known for being just "good at cutting down tees" After seeing what they had to do to get our huge oak down, we're very impressed. It was no easy task, but they took care of it like only professionals could do. Anyway, all I'm saying is, if you need to have some trees dropped, be very careful who you go with. It's a dangerous job, but the guys at Big Woody's know what they're doing and are well worth the money spent. This was our 2nd time around with them and probably not our last, as we have no shortage of large trees around here!

This company did a great job removing 8 trees from the Nashville Ice Storm. It was sad to see my backyard ruined, but they did a great job taking care of the ice storm disaster several weeks ago.
