Was disappointed by not being given a date to do the work. They just came and did my gutter cleaning without notice or approval of the quoted estimate. Had to appear in person to ask why they just did the job. Did not get a call from the owner like secretary said would happen to explain the lack of communication. Just got invoice to pay since work was done. Unprofessional in my book. Will not give a recommendation to anyone that asks.

Jon Cable always provides honest assessments of what needs to be done and doesn't try to upsell you on additional work and advises on what is appropriate to protect the health of your trees. Also, Anderson has added equipment over the years to make them more efficient and able to handle trimming of taller trees with ease. I most recently had tree work done on Friday, October 20, 2023, and was once again satisfied that the work was done as quoted and at the agreed upon time.
