Corrine was very knowledgeable and answered all my ridiculous questions. Kristopher was very nice and got things done quickly! Very pleased with their service. Got the crawl space done and air ducts cleaned today, but will be contacting them again soon to replace the insulation in the rest of the house.

We had our air ducts cleaned and some HVAC duct wrap work done today by Insulation Commandos of Clarksville, and my wife and I couldn’t be more impressed. From the very first interaction—getting a quote from Corrine and being scheduled for the very next day—the whole process was seamless. Corrine clearly knows her stuff and made everything easy and straightforward.
The entire crew was polite, professional, and respectful of our home from start to finish. They took great care in every area they worked in, which really meant a lot to us. They don't care, had our kitchen designed there the company they sent out to do so had all this fancy equipment and still measured wrong, received cabinets and the was to big so we had to wait to have them redone, we ordered appliances there and same thing refrigerator was wrong size and had a wait on it well that's what we was told, but come to find out it was the dishwasher on back order, but was told everything was in stock, All willing to help but when they get your money it's all over, they dont care or didn't on our issues

This review applies to installation services. Having to remove my own carpet and padding even though it is included in instillation, due to a miscommunication between Home Depot and the installer. This delayed my install a week took a ton of my time. The reason I did not just call Home spot and have them redo the quote is because, I also had them installing a new roof on my house that they double charged the deposit on basically leaving me without a few thousand dollars for a week. Ended up going with a different roofer.

Just shy of a month in, and we love our new home! Thank you for also being kind and professional throughout the whole process!

We are a military family that PCS’d to Ft.Campbell and purchased from this builder a few years ago. We love our home so much and haven’t had any issues. We appreciated the little upgrades this builder had compared to others at the entry level price point. Overall we’ve been happy!

I’m a local Realtor in Clarksville and met the builder of Rockwood Homes back in 2021 when the real estate market was *wild.* He didn’t take advantage, was so fair, and sold multiple homes to my buyers with great terms that were a win-win. One client had a warranty item come up regarding the HVAC right outside the warranty window; but the team still came out and fixed it. When most builders would have said “sorry we can’t help,” they didn't back down. That act said so much about their character to me.

Fast forward to 2024, I’m now helping this builder on the listing side. They are so great to work with, professional, and truly want to provide an easy home building and buying process. I can’t recommend them enough! Check out their showroom in person, it’s gorgeous 🖤

Rockwood Homes are by far our favorite build in Clarksville. We just closed on our home last week and we are loving every bit of it. The builder Shawn, his crew Kelsey, Rene, Thomas, Chris, Alex and others I know I'm missing are the most professional, friendliest, supportive builder/crew we've encountered and we have other properties in town. Even after closing they keep you priority and open communication, THEY CARE about the Military families. Great structure built, and best quality you will not be disappointed!! I highly recommend them and their homes and will forever be grateful for them.

What a great company! I was one month away from moving into my new home in Clarksville when a tornado knocked over a huge tree in my back yard which took out my fence. James and the crew worked with me from 2,300 miles away and when I finaly arrived at my home in July, the repaired fence was beautiful. I enjoyed working with Huff so much, I am looking at having them install a new bathroom in my finished basement.
