Caleb King conducted a a professional assessment and thorough inspection of our prospective new home. Caleb provided a substantive written report detailing the property's condition that included the roof, plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems, etc. This report was extremely helpful in our decision making process. Caleb conducted a follow up inspection to ensure corrective action and repairs were made prior to closing. Red Cedar went above and beyond for my family. If I could give them 10 stars I would. We are purchasing a new build sight unseen, they truly accommodated our lack of presence. Extremely informative, zero upselling, answering all of my questions with factual information. Zero sugar coating. They came out for the initial inspection, Caleb was extremely thorough, explained all of his noted deficiencies well, and brought all of this to me in a well organized report. Very easy to read and understand (even as a first time home buyer!). The re-inspection was added on, free of charge. Unfortunately we did have a couple defects at our re-inspection, to which Caleb and Blain offered their services as a “re-inspection of the re-inspection” completely free of charge! I was astounded. Absolutely incredible customer service, and quite a personable company. I will recommend Red Cedar to anyone!
