Very responsive, timely, good pricing, included the infrared sensors,…I highly recommend Blaine. He re-inspected and sent photos/videos at the inspection and re-inspection of repairs. I would hire him again anytime.

I’ve had several home inspections done over the years and by far Blain is the most thorough. He spent almost the entire day at the house, drone over the roof, getting in the crawl space and taking pictures and video footage all along the way. You cannot go wrong by choosing Blain and Red Cedar.

I purchased a home in Clarksville, TN in 2025, and Blain did the inspection. He was very meticulous. I highly recommend Blain and his company Red Cedar Professional Inspections because he will get the job done!!! I had him come back and do the 11 month inspection before my builders warranty was expired. He and his son Caleb spent several hours and inspected the house from top to bottom. I really appreciated it. I also received a very detailed report and Blaine and Caleb explained and showed me what they found.
