The team was awesome . Frankie talked me through how they were adding support under the house with a steel beam to better support a heavy island . They worked hard and when they were done Frankie showed me photos and explained everything .. for sure I would use them again and recommend CST ! On time,thorough, clean job , and very nice guys .

The guys did a wonderful job with our encapsulation! Justin was absolutely wonderful and very easy to work with! I can't recommend these guys enough and appreciate all of their hard work.

My appreciation goes out to Andrew, Jason, Troy and his crew for a job well done. I had extremely high humidity and water droplets on my floor joist and foundation sills as well as mold on the joists and subfloor wood. External water was migrating up the foundation block walls causing the high humidity and mold as well as high moisture content in the wood. After removing the mold and spraying and the encapsulation and the installation of the dehumidifier, the water droplets disappeared, and the wood moisture dropped to around 10% and the humidity level is being maintained at around 55%. This all happened within two weeks after the completion of the job. I no longer smell mold and mildew in the house and Luke and his crew were very prompt in performing the work at my home which was appreciated seeing that I have COPD. All of the personnel at Crawl Space Techs were very professional and courteous and performed the work in a very timely manner. I would recommend Crawl Space Techs very highly to anyone with a crawl space moisture problem.

I called the company to get an estimate for a vapor barrier for my crawl space. A person came out and did a site survey, and then tried to sell a host of options that I did not ask for or want. When I got the quote by email, it did not have a price for the crawl space ONLY work, just their full encapsulation package.

I called the company several times and asked about the crawl space quote, and never got a response. The tech that did the survey said a vapor barrier installation would be about $700 but he never wrote that in the quote. The full encapsulation with dehumidifier was over $5000.

If this company does not want to do a simple vapor barrier job, they should not advertise it. They try to scare you into work you don't really need, but providing a lot of 'what if' scenarios.

I ended up putting a vapor barrier in myself, with my son helping. It cost about $200 and a half day of work. I'm glad your business is so good that you can ignore customers.

Very, very happy with the work Jason did. He was prompt, courteous, thorough, and priced fairly. He went above and beyond in helping fix our crawl space issues. Highly recommend this company for any crawl space work.

I had a great experience with Crawl Space Techs. We own an old (ca. 1910) home in East Nashville, and some of the floor supports in a difficult-to-access area of the crawl space had suffered termite damage some years ago and had never really been addressed. The Crawl Space Techs team was the only crew I could find that was willing to get into that space and assess the extent of the repairs. We got a fair estimate from them, and within a matter of weeks they carried out the repairs, which included the use of steel beams for no additional charge (and which were not contemplated in their original estimate). They completed the job in only one day, rather than the two they had originally estimated. And now we've got a permanent solution to an area of the foundation that had been problematic for years. I'd happily recommend this company, particularly for hard-to-access jobs that other companies may not be equipped to handle.

Highly recommended this company professionally!!!! Jason was very knowledgeable and explained the different options without pressure. The job started on time. We had three estimates and Jason was more knowledgable about the root cause of our water issue than competitors. Nevertheless, his foreman Frank and his team we very respectful and kept us up to date on the progress via videos. There were some challenges but his guys maintain a positive attitude and worked to stay in the time line allotted. Both Jason and Frank answered there phone or texted within an hour. The end result with our repairs and encapsulation is clean and ready for storage use. Thanks Guys!

Edit- just did a warranty claim - I'm extremely pleased with how simple the process was. They sent a representative for both the mechanical side and the electrical side. Both sides have earned my business for any future crawl space and electrical needs.

Second Edit - I have had numerous foundation experts take a look and they all say similar things - ill copy a few bits from the structural engineer.

Frankie and Justin were awesome! They were very professional, but also very friendly and took the time to explain exactly what they would be doing each day. Great communicators, on time, personable and polite, and very hard workers! They worked continually throughout the days they were here and actually finished up the job early.

Jason and Frank were very professional through out the entire process . We had standing water and mold under our crawl space. Jason was very prompt and came out the very next day to discuss our concerns. He is extremely knowledgeable and was prepared to answered all our questions. Showed us before and after videos of the work done completed which I highly appreciated because I wasn’t crawling under there. Highly recommended for any crawl space needs.

Crawl Space Techs did a great job on our crawl space. They were very honest and straight forward with their quote. Images were provided before, during, and after. The guys working at our house were very professional and kept us informed from day to day as they were working, which was greatly appreciated.

My family and I was in a huge bind behind a negligent and incompetent builder who took us for about $60k. The foundation wasn't done in the correct manner, so it was constantly taking on water in the crawlspace. To get our letter of Occupancy we had to get it fixed. Crawl Space Techs came highly recommended after I got quotes from all of the brand name and local businesses. The number one tech Jason told me all the stuff I needed and didn't need, even knew what the other guys tried to up sell me on without me even saying a word (like he had psychic powers lol, or maybe because he possibly worked there in his past life). He and his crew did exactly what they said they would do, and completed the job to my satisfaction. And if I have a future problem they will come out and make it right if it is still under the warranty. He even worked me on price and financing. Company is really good and worth the phone call, you will be happy.. I promise!!

As a military vet, I’m always looking for a few key traits when I am choosing services, the first being accountability, are you on time and do you keep your word? Yes, they were on time actually early and kept their appointment date, which is a plus. The next is attention to detail, I had some prior knowledge as to what needed to be done, and after their inspection it was not only inline with what I know needed to be done, but they also were able to diagnose something else that needed to be resolved, for which they had an outstanding solution. Finally Job Performance, self explanatory, they also get an A+ here as well, they are highly professional, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Awesome job on our 1950's house!! The foundation was a hot mess to say the least. Justin went above and beyond in his quality of work and his expertise in the foundation repair! We had some drainage issues and needed repairs made. Andrew came out and did a thorough inspection. He never tried to up sell. He was honest and even after he left he immediately answered my many questions I sent. We chose to go ahead and not only put the drainage system in but also encapsulate. Justin and his crew were here all week. Everyday he provided us with what was going on and pictures. Both Andrew and Justin went above and beyond my expectations. Good customer service is so hard to find now days but not with this company. I gladly would do business with them again.

Do your research, get quotes, freak out and then call crawl space techs and get it done! From the first encounter Jasons professionalism and expertise shined through. He took the time to shoot a video of my crawlspace fully explaining the condition and exactly what they would do to fix it and how they would do it. He provided options, nothing was pushed or pressured like other companies. The workers Nico and Frankie were great too and very friendly. I am so glad I spotted them working on a house down the street from me. It was just meant to be!
