We had a fabulous experience from the purchasing process to the installation of our fiberglass pool. Our salesperson, John Deeds is extremely knowledgeable on the entire process and continues to check on us two years after instillation - this speaks volumes to his a character and proof that his customers are not just a sale.

The worst experience I have even received from any department when it comes to buying a product and then scheduling keeps rescheduling. There is always an excuse for why they cannot come out. Kristen the department manager for schedule stated that she couldn’t call to notify me that they wouldn’t be coming out because she was the only one in the office and that the pool area is to wet. However look at the picture for yourselves. How do they know it is wet if no one comes out to check it. They came out and dug up more for a 24 foot pool above ground. Now again we are being pushed aside like it doesn’t matter. Please just go the extra mile and go somewhere with better service. Never again.

I would give this place a 0 if it was an option. They took our money, sent out a crew that had no idea what they were doing. I called over and over and several people from the company came to inspect our pool. One of their own technicians said “Oh my. Who put this in?” When my husband told them the Clarksville store he didn’t seem surprised. They told us we would have to put 11,000 dollars worth of retaining walls in then pay them 1200.00 to rebuild it. I wouldn’t let these people put up a kiddie pool for me. DO NOT use this company. It has been a nightmare. The manager of the scheduling department was rude and hateful. He basically called me a liar when I told him no one ever told us we would need a retaining wall. He responded, “well I don’t know what was said, I wasn’t there.” Not only terrible business but people who are just awful. This company putting in our pool was one of the worst experiences of my life. Now, I have a swamp in my backyard that could collapse if used, per their technician. I cried today over it. Just awful! Finally, after 5 months and 1200.00 they came to “fix” it. Instead, they tore it out and said we would have to purchase a new pool because it wasn’t salvageable!! Now, they want us to pay 11,000 for a brand new pool and blamed us for the defective pool! UNBELIEVABLE and so very sad. Now, Family Leisure is coming to fix their disaster. DO NOT trust them. They will bleed you dry and blame their mistakes on you. I can’t stress enough about what a nightmare this has been. Now, I’m having physical symptoms from the stress. I thought Bridget from the above ground installs would make it right. She’s as crooked as all of them. DONE!!

Isabel really went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with our purchase. I was able to find what I needed (I thought) but she let me know that it was a different part I needed. Saved me another trip!

I had to leave 1 star and this place doesn't deserve 1 star, we purchased a hot tub from there 2 yrs ago and we have not been in it a handful of times due to the fact that the heater has been not working in over 8 months, then the the tech came out and tried to fix it and it worked maybe a month and the lights started flashing and my husband got to looking and took a video of what he found, the tech did not put the bolts on tight and one was even off the heater and it burnt a wire and caused the lights to not work, we had a tech come back out and he fixed the lights and had wrong part for wiring, now was scheduled today and my husband gets a call they ordered the wrong part AGAIN!!! This place is a joke!! We will never buy here again and good luck to the people who do!!

Great showroom with lots of choices. Our salesman was Liam W and he was great. He was very knowledgeable about the different choices and really helped us find the right hot tub for us. He did not use pressure just a nice guy.

Update (07/21/2024): DEFINITELY DON'T RECOMMEND! Two years after pool installation and having crew that installed pool originally add a Rhino Pad due to their poor first installation, and things are worse than ever! All around the edge are dips varying from 1 to 6 inches, with some having very sharp squared edges almost poking through liner, as well as many all throughout the pool floor. Questioning if they even actually put the Rhino Pad down since I didn't actually see them do it and they didn't even touch the leftover sand to help any. Done with calling Pool and Spa Depot every year since pool installation, just to have things end up worse every time. Finding a different pool company to do business with from now on.

(Original review approximately Summer 2023) Ran into a few issues with the pool after it was installed. There were several dips and rocks poking up into liner. We bought a Rhino Pad, and the crew came back out to correct the issue. I wasn't happy at first. But mistakes do happen sometimes. That's just life. What matters is that Pool and Spa Depot promptly reached out and addressed all my concerns and made it right! I greatly appreciate their help and service after the sale. I am now very happy and would recommend them.

Liam & John are absolutely amazing and helpful, they did an excellent job showing me the options of spas as well as the features of different models and brands. I highly recommend and suggest that you see them for any and all of your pool and spa needs. Thank you Liam & John so very much for all your help and support. Thank you Pool & Spa Depot.

Liam and Chip were super helpful. We didn’t really plan on buying a hot tub today but they showed us some great options that weren’t overkill but aimed at exactly what we wanted and needed. Leaving with an order for the perfect hot tub. Thanks y”all!!

EDIT: The very next morning after writing this review, the owner reached out to me and I had a hot tub delivered to me today. Absolutely renewed my faith in this company and I’m super appreciative of all the help that Chad and Chadley provided the day after Thanksgiving.

My experience buying the hot tub was great. Everyone was helpful and friendly. The actual receiving the hot tub? Not good. Was quoted 2-4 weeks for delivery but told probably closer to the 2 weeks. 5 weeks has come and gone with zero word. I’ve called 3 times, each time being promised a call back. I’ve never received a single returned phone call. Super frustrating.

I am glad that I waited to give my experience with Pool and Spa Depot in Lavergne. My husband and I had a stealth pool installed in February of this year 2025. This was a terrible year to have a pool installed. It was one thing after another after the monsoons started the very night of our installation. I am certain that working in pool sales this year has been a nightmare. I was calling ALOT and in there ALOT and to their credit they always did what they could to help me with whatever issue I was fighting that week. Eventually after a couple service calls we had to speak with Daniel and to his credit he did all he could for us, both times we spoke with him. Our pool is now a pool that we can enjoy and to their credit they came out and did an excellent job with our liner complaints. For the first time our pool is not leaking and our liner looks and feels good. I can vacuum my pool. Thank you for fixing the pool and keeping your word. In the end you kept your word and for that I will share this experience. I will also say if you buy a pool it is not for the faint of heart. It is a big responsibility and a big job for the installers.

At the Clarksville location, we worked with Liam. He was a wonderful salesman, and truly helped us pick the right pool. He answered all of our questions and I would highly recommend him to anyone. The crew that came in to take out our old pool and install our new pool was wonderful. I wish I knew the foreman’s name. He was great! They knew exactly what their part was, and they all did everything they were supposed to do. I was a little disappointed that there was a part that was broken that had to be re-ordered. It took an additional week and a half to get that part to my house to be installed. It kept us from doing all that we needed to do to get the pool ready for summer, but they are fixing that part as I write this review. Overall, great service!

Chadley did an outstanding job helping me with my hit tub. It was late but she still called me and scheduled a service call if needed. She helped diagnosed my problem. She went above and beyond beyond. It was the filters. Thank you!!!

Do not do business with this organization.

We purchased a new filter in March of this year, and they installed it before our pool was even open. When we finally opened the pool, we noticed a lot of sand in the water. We began reaching out to them in May and left multiple messages with no response.

Finally, on July 14, someone came to look at the issue. They said a part needed to be ordered. On August 1, the filter was supposedly fixed—but sand was still getting into the pool. Now, as we’re closing the pool, we can see just how much sand is draining out when it’s not supposed to. That proves the filter has never actually been fixed.

To make matters worse, they try to gaslight their customers, acting as if nothing is wrong when in reality the filter was never installed correctly from the start.

Before buying this new filter from them, we never had any issues. Since the installation, it’s been nothing but problems, poor customer service, and no real accountability. Very disappointing.
