MSI has proven to be responsive and driven to finding solutions for problems brought to their attention.

They did great work replacing our roof I would recommend them anytime!!

They do not know how to mark cables during construction therefore if you live next to one of their building sites expect them to cut your internet if you have fiber.

Worst experience we’ve ever had. An absolute nightmare having our house built with this company. Lies, delays, terrible work done, promises that were not kept, blue tape work that never got done… All we ever could do was be patient and as nice as possible to work with but even that wasn’t enough for them to do the right thing and finish items from our blue tape walk through. Sad.

Furnace cant keep up when to cold now getting warmer and air conditioning cant keep up the concrete driveway is flaking the top layer hardly any response from builder trust me you will reget a purchase with this company. I know we do

Purchased a home with them, the annual inspection came and went. They have been radio silent. Won't return phone calls or emails. DONT BUY FROM MSI!!

I don't even know where to start. MSI did not build the house for me, I ended up purchasing a 2 year old property they built as a spec house in a beautiful neighborhood in Lebanon, TN.
The short cuts they took, the lack of attention to detail, particularly in areas you can't see, is almost criminal. I could go on and on and on about the poor quality of this house I'm now only coming to understand. I wouldn't consider them for any project, let alone a project of any scale.

Horrible communication from the start of the build. Lack of oversight for their sub contractors and the job site entirely. No discussion of materials or changes to the home to try and stay on budget. Build went over $20k, with absolute disregard for us as the customer. Nothing but issues throughout the build with things needing to be fixed or repaired. Constantly having to contact them during the build and after to schedule or fix problems. Do not recommend the head ache or money these people will cause you.

I tried to give this company the benefit of the doubt. But they are horrible to work with. We moved into our home over a year ago and it took them over a year to fix minor issues like cracked windows. They also lost out the filter for our vent hood in the building process and when I asked them to replace it they bought a cheap option instead of buying the correct one. I am usually a very patient person but they are ridiculous and the worst company I have ever worked with.

Absolutely abhorrent work. Promises made by Nathan Langley are not kept. Negligence to fix dangerous work left behind. No accountability for work that is not only done horribly, against code, and but also unfinished. Once you try to call them back to adhere to their own warranty promise, they give you the runaround until they eventually stop replying or change their emails and phone numbers. This company needs to be put out of business and no one should trust their work, the management, and especially the owners.

We purchased a home back in March they left trash concrete pallets on the property which were promised to be picked up it is now September they still have not picked it up. I have multiple items that need fixing and I can’t get anyone to answer the phones answer an email or take care of the problems. We’re having problems with our HVAC we are finding drains that are not connected to anything. Varnish and paint droppings on the flooring, paint on the carpet from their workers. We have Missing flashing and concrete up against the house that when it rains water is seeping in. The walls are not straight they are totally crooked. Please do your research do not purchase a home from MSI they cut a lot of corners. After we made the offer on the house many things were changed and I was told to bad. I have sent 10 to 15 emails I have made multiple phone calls with no response.

I had originally left a good review last year in hopes that they had turned the corner and were truly rebuilding…… and they are rebuilding…… unfortunately it’s just another brand of the same BS! I retract anything nice I’ve said about this company. Please understand what you’re getting into when you buy any house from MSI

Absolutely horrible experience. Never did our one year walk through. Won’t answer calls or emails. Never even finished the work promised on the prepurchase walk through. A lot of regret purchasing from this builder. We’ve been left with a window latch still broken the concrete is flaking outside.HVAC doesn’t keep up. Just disappointing to say the least.

MSI has breached our signed and dated by both parties Purchase Agreement Amendment for repairs to our upgrade handrail for 11mths past the agreed due date so far. I have numerous texts, emails, legal contract copy, and photos showing the nightmare it has been to try to get this company to do the right thing. I have given numerous dates and times available and they have yet to meet any of them. I agree 100% with the other complaint against this company. One specific owner and project manager consistently try to intimidate me and play head games with zero proof to back up what they say. Do yourself a favor and go with a different builder.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. We bought this home in 2024 and understood that MSI was trying to rebuild their brand after many poor reviews. Our home is constructed well, however there has been zero follow through with anything over the last 18 months. We have a legally binding contract to provide warranty work within one year of the purchase of our home. We are now 18 months into living here, and not a single thing has been done. We have sent 20+ emails, phone calls and voicemails that all lead to empty promises. JT is the head guy. He fills your ear with what you want to hear, just to get out the door and be done with you. He has promised a laundry list of things to be done, and again, zero follow through. Jackie who is in the office provides the same excuse with every email “I don’t know why the contractors aren’t contacting you”. Welp. That’s your job to find that out, right? It’s a pathetic excusing for a builder and how they operate and treat their customers is very poor. I do not recommend buying from them because you WILL have a headache, and you will not see any results, and promises made will not be kept. Justice who is a project manager claims he is never in the area, but we see him nearly everyday on the street over from us where they are building new homes. Yet again, another lie.

If I could give zero stars, I would. DO NOT BUY A HOUSE BUILT BY MSI. I have been in this home since October 2020. We have had nothing but problems with absolutely everything in this house. All of the electrical work has been crap, have had several issues with AC unit, poor craftsmanship, and just poorly built overall. The builder loves to cut corners where he can to put more money in his own pocket instead of giving quality. I know it’s been 5 years, but for a custom spec that you paid a lot of money for, it’s just really crappy. Not to mention they make absolutely NO effort to right their wrongs, give you the run around, do not return phone calls, and have horrible customer service. Our neighbor’s driveway isn’t even on the correct property line and is halfway into their neighbors property. This company should have been shut down with the complaints that they have received.

Nothing but delays, broken promises and unfinished work. After nearly a year they have not finished the kitchen cabinets, installed the proper light fixtures, repaired sheetrock, installed cove trim and they left a pile of garbage on our property. I would not ask them to build a dog house!

We are the second owner in this house built in 2018 and the craftsmanship is terrible. We have had 2 separate companies here to fix the squeaky subfloor that was improperly installed causing cracks in the grout. The cabinets are crooked. Numerous doors rub or do not latch. Appliances were low quality and they actually screwed the dishwasher adjusting feet into the floor with wood screws. They used cheap flat paint that has nail pops in almost every room. French doors that open in and hit the light fixture. Standing water in the crawl space. Hanging insulation in crawlspace. For $650,000 I expected so much more.

MSI Clarksville has built 2 homes for me. One a rental home that has been fantastic and more recently a luxury lake home. When I read some of the previous reviews I was very surprised of the negativity. They made our experience wonderful. Everything from meeting me at my lot for ideas, at the office looking at plans and colors, meeting soil people at the lot to finish grading details. I could not be happier. All I can say is ….. they did great for me.

I know everyone’s experience is their own. This is our individual experience with MSI. My husband and I were looking for our dream home together. My husband came across a house for sale on A home buying search engine. when we saw our home in person, it was one of those moments that was jaw dropping. The craftsmanship and the details were exactly how I had pictured our dream home looking. we sold our house and purchased this MSI home. MSI has been for the most part, very responsive to our needs for little tweaks and repairs that any new home would need. Jackie has been helpful Setting up appointments as we have needed them over the year. Our one year walk-through with JT was great now we’re waiting on the final touchups. We are extremely happy with our purchase. It is just beautiful living out in the country. The land is wonderful. It’s definitely peaceful, tranquil and everything you’re looking for when you want to get away from all the combustion of the city.

Everybody at Crawlspace Techs was easy to deal with and professional. Justin, Jake and Chance did a great job taking care of the encapsulation and floor joist work we needed. Very happy with the result and would recommend them to anyone in need of similar services. You won’t fine a better price with such good quality work. Thanks again!
