Andrew explained everything to us of what needed to be done to fix our issue on our new house that we had built less than a year ago. The guys that came out to do the work were very professional too. Crawl Space Techs did an incredible job encasing our crawl space. Justin the project manager, Rory, and crew were professional, hard-working, and dedicated to customer satisfaction. They would call ahead to let us they were on the way and always arrived promptly. The crew really took pride in their work, did an excellent job, and made sure we were completely satisfied with the completed job. Do not hesitate to use this company. We highly recommend them!

We called to get a free estimate. Andrew arrived a couple days later walked us through the whole process. Left no details out and did not try to sell us on anything we did not need , professional in all aspects.
Couple weeks later Devan and his crew came to our house and completed the job in 2 days. Devon kept us informed both days on every step of the process,was very professional and friendly. I highly recommend this company if you need crawl space work done.

I can’t recommend Crawl Space Techs enough. I got estimates from 6 companies for my project and theirs was the most comprehensive and at a lower cost! They had to install supports in my crawl space and lift almost 2 inches. There is no more sag and the huge cracks above my kitchen cabinets and door are closed! I have added before and after pics. Pretty amazing. Jason (owner), Devan, Justin, and Alexandro did fantastic work and were so kind. Thanks, guys!

Absolutely the best!!! Great service, Great people, stellar work ethic, very clean and professional. I had a space failing in all the ways and it was causing issues with my subfloor. They came out ended up going with encapsulation and set the date just two weeks after the consultation. I was told it could take up to 3 days total...no not this crew. In and out within the day...amazing job!

Pros:
Prices were reasonable.
Work was well done.
Changes to the plan were done quickly and easily.
Everyone was very polite and helpful.

Cons:
There were a number of paperwork mixups. I blame this on the extended period between when I had them do the estimate and the work.

Everyone there was great. Andrew was very pleasant and easy to work with in getting me estimates and going over options for the work.

Rory was extremely helpful and communicative and made sure to reach out when needed via my preferred method as I was working when they did the job.

Justin was great at going through the work for me and explaining anything I wanted in detail.

Charity was helpful in reviewing the invoice, estimates and details I had questions about.

Honestly, they went above and beyond and I am very happy with the work they did. I plan to use their services again to install drainage and a sump in my garage once I get it cleaned out.

Gabriel is hard working and values the quality of work. Not to mention his customer service is superb. He has saved the day with his professional work to include: fascia/siding repair on my house, yard landscaping, electric work for my fan, disposal of garbage, interior door repair and I plan to use him for much more. This man can fix anything!

Blain King was our inspector and he did an excellent job! I was impressed with his knowledge and his attention to detail. I was also given the opportunity to be there for the entire inspection and my questions were answered from room to room. We received a full detailed inspection of the house with pictures and videos of areas of concern. We were able to discuss what was needed for future maintenance and what to monitor. Blain gave us a clear understanding of the house and has made himself available for questions. I highly recommend, and we are grateful for the A+ experience!
