We are so lucky to have bumped in to Liz when we did. After purchasing our home, upon moving in a few months later there appeared to be a fairly large roof leak that our inspectors missed. This caused part of the ceiling to fall apart. We had many roofers come out and give us quotes, all telling us massively different price ranges as well as large differences in what all would have to be done, while also talking down to me simply because i was a woman, even shunning me for tarping my own roof to keep out any further water damage. (my husband is military and was moving in to the house a month after me)

We were then very lucky to find Liz, who was not only above and beyond respectful and sympathetic, she did a thorough check of the interior, better than our own inspectors did to find all effected areas. Every step was clearly communicated to us, as well as very well documented by Liz and her team who took photos every step of the way. This project quickly turned from tearing up and reinstalling flashing properly to discovering and treating a large amount of mold inside, discovering and reporting attempted cover up work from prior owners for our documentation, and when replacing the shingles didn't 100% work their team was right back out trouble shooting to find the root of the issue. With out roof and leak repaired her team got our ceiling and drywall back up and did their best to match the textures we had (3 different ones!) and even when i felt like the paint wasn't a 100% match they tried 4 times to match it to my liking which i was severely grateful for.

However, the best part of working with JSR Group is that they understand the frustration of filing Insurance / warranty claims. Our warranty company has tried every which way to deny us reimbursement by requiring an insane amount of documentation from the contractors down to the names of what was put on the wall and individual prices of shingles, etc. Liz never told us that she didn't want to do that or it was too much work to rewrite our break down to make it work for our claims. She is truly a gem and turned a disaster experience for us as first time home owners into an experience for us to learn and feel like there was a sense of community in tis new town. It was nice to know she had our back. I highly recommend them!

Liz Jordan & her crew are very professional, polite, punctual, & friendly. I enjoyed having them in my house. They kept me informed every step of the way. They remodeled my basement floor & fixed a leak in the wall. They also fixed 2 leaks in a bedroom & bathroom ceilings. Put down new linoleum in my kitchen & redid the caulking around the bathtub. I highly recommend JSR Group for many of your repairs or projects.

JSR removed some mold from our vaulted great room ceiling. It was sort of a tricky situation as the ceiling is a tongue and groove hard wood surface. They were prompt with their responses to any questions we had and their estimate was timely and held no hidden fees. They showed up when they said they would and were total professionals from the get go. Kudos to JSR!!!!

Liz is on it! I had some storm damage months ago and ended up with a roof replacement that came significantly out of my own pockets (RIP) and my insurance only covered painting over the water damage on the ceilings. Fast forward and now there's mold and further damage! I check around for quotes and whatnot from others, but they mostly jerk me around, fail to show up to assess the job, or plain inconsistent communication. I reach out to the gentleman that did my roof and they highly recommended JSR Group and I gave them permission to pass along my contact info. Liz PROMPTLY got a hold of me and came out to quote the repairs and the job. She is so personable and knows what she's talking about. She even went the extra mile to contact my adjustor to get some more out of the insurance due to their misjudgement. From the time I was contacted to the time the job was complete was like 2 weeks! I can't recommend this business enough. If you're looking for straightforward, no BS, accountable, and respectful business, look no further.
