I had an old chimney cap that was leaking. Chris communicated the issues and he was very helpful by showing me pictures. He made it seem like an easy problem to fix. The team was able to order the chimney cap and replace it two weeks earlier than originally scheduled. Mark, George, and the admin team were all very helpful as well. I was very pleased by their work and their kindness. The new chimney cap also looks great!

10 stars!! Chris came out today (last minute appointment, on a LATE Friday afternoon) to discuss the repair(s) that I thought that I needed. He could have charged me hundreds of dollars for repairs that I didn't need; I would not have known otherwise. Instead, he fixed the chain inside my chimney, explained what was going on and also explained why I did not need any other repairs. He was polite, professional and honest - all truly refreshing! Mark and Chris did an amazing job cleaning my chimney. They arrived on time and were so polite and professional. They assessed my chimney interior and exterior and took multiple photos to show me everything. The cleaning process was very thorough and they were careful to cover the floor and did not leave any mess. They showed me some areas of concern (cracks in the brick) and offered solutions and followed up with pricing to repair. I will definitely be booking them again every year and keeping up with keeping a clean chimney from now on. Thanks guys!

We contacted Red River to install a wood stove in our sunroom. They were so professional and knowledgeable on wood stoves and the codes required in our area. We hired Red River to procure and install a large freestanding wood burning stove. This thing weighed around 600 pounds and the install team had no trouble getting it into our home without causing any damage. Ryan and Chris did an excellent job getting the stove in the right place on our existing hearth and installing the chimney. We look forward to many years of use and would certainly recommend them to friends and family.

It’s worth noting that we are experienced DIYers and have renovated a few homes. After watching a few YouTube videos and studying the installation process, we decided to hire professionals for this job. Red River has certified installers who know what they’re doing. Trust me, this isn’t a DIY job! Call Red River Chimney & Fireplace instead!

The owner worked with me to find an affordable installation for my garage wood stove through attic installation and the installation team did a great job working around my roof installation scheduling and weather. The installation looks professional and the team took the time to utilize the stove manual to ensure proper procedures while using top of the line high temperature sealant on pipe seams, metal boot to metal roof with wind support brackets. They were very detailed to ensure fingerprints were removed from the stainless outdoor pipe. I would recommend using them for your wood stove needs and services.

My fireplace hadn't been used since 83'... The guys showed up prompt and quickly went to work . Done a superior job. I will be using them in the future every time. Cost was priced right as well. It's worth every dime to know my chimney is clean and safe to use after a camera was ran through for inspection.

Chris and his team went above and beyond doing our wood stove installation in our shop/barn. The whole process was smooth and professional. Services seemed expensive till we checked the bid sheet and confirmed that they use top quality materials. This was important since saving money and risking a fire is not a good bargain. They were careful, courteous and friendly. We will use them for cleaning services when required.
