Super easy to work with. Highly professional and thorough. The cleaning included a full inspection of our flue and chimney system which revealed some issues we would never have know about. Marc was awesome!

Since we live in a very wooded area, we bought a new wood stove for our home to replace the propane stove and were working to get the stove pipe components we needed to connect our stove pipe to the existing chimney thimble (the hole into the chimney). Well, this was the second local Chimney company I visited in Clarksville, and the best decision we made was to go with Rich and his team.
We ended up needing to get a special insert put into our chimney to bring the new stove up to speed (thanks, EPA). Anyway, Rich sent his team of pros out.
Chris, Marc, and Hayden came out to get us up and running. They were very professional, and knowledgeable and cleaned up after themselves before they left. mostly though, I appreciated that when the final parts to be installed on the fireplace, were not very visually appealing to us, they worked with parts they had in their trucks and also utilized some of the ones we had, it now looks great, and we are super excited to have worked with this team of pros I recommend them highly

I highly recommend Red River Chimney. I needed to get an inspection and cleaning done on my fireplace and took a chance on them and was not disappointed! My techs Hayden and Logan were two of the nicest young men I have met in a while and were both very knowledgeable in their jobs. They explained all their findings to me and any concerns I had had the addressed before they left. When it comes time for my next service I will be calling Red River and requesting Hayden and Logan! I highly recommend you do the same!

Red River was amazing to work with. Calling in was super easy, they very accommodating with a last minute appointment before the blizzard, they agreed to come to Pleasant View, and their rate was $150 less than the other quote I received. When Marc and Martin showed up they were friendly, informative, and quick. It made going into the blizzard feel A LOT more comfortable. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

Hayden and Logan were outstanding professionals who explained everything as they worked to service and inspect my fireplace. It's working well and looks great! I would recommend these two gentlemen to anyone!!!!

Red River Chimney and their staff are simply awesome -- quick, professional, knowledgeable, and deliver a professional product (see the attached before, during, and after pictures) .... I couldn't be happier with the new chimney top cap they put on yesterday. And definitely reasonably priced at less than half what another company quoted me last year. I highly recommend these guys for any chimney repair or new build you might have. They will be my first call for any future chimney repairs, cleanings, or fireplace upgrades. When my wife and I decided to get my fireplace replaced I called Red River Chimney and talked to Vanessa and she scheduled the technicians to come out and look at my existing fireplace and give me ideas and price to have a new fireplace installed. Vanessa was very instrumental in helping us decide the type of stone and color as well as scheduling the technicians to come out and complete the project. Marc Lovett was the lead tech who came out to install along with his apprentices Logan and Martin. Logan did a fantastic job assisting Marc installing the chimney cap and replace the flute. Martin did a fantastic job assisting Marc with the final install of the fireplace/woodstove, hearth, mantle, and stonework. Marc and his team did a great job with this project and kept us informed on the project. Vanessa did a great job with communicating and coordinating the project as well as sending me the final bill. We are completely satisfied and love our new fireplace/woodstove that has given us great comfort in keeping our house warm this winter. I highly recommend Red River Chimney for any of your Chimney maintenance, repairs and replacement.

used them today to hunt down the blower motor needed for the air handler in my daughter's house, then had to back to get a transformer since I blew the original one up :) .. spot on and price is right, I'll always call these guys first!

We are glad to call the employees at Johnstone supply our friends. Johnstone supply is a great supply house with a awesome website but the employees there are what truely makes it great. When we need something that is hard to find I know I can call Clarksville Johnstone supply and they will find the part.

May 22, 2021 I was denied sale of refrigerant by one of the workers. I called prior to coming up there and was told all I needed was my EPA card. The worker who was unprofessional told me my card was not valid because it said NATE on it so that means I'm NATE certified and not EPA. I then showed him where it said EPA 608 universal but the employee didn't care. He then saw where it had an expiration date and told me the card was expired because all he saw was 17 not realizing it said 3017. The way the guy treated me leaves the question as to why. I wasn't rude or unprofessional, but he was i wasn't loud but he was. This is a place i have been buying supplies from for over 3 years and the guys i normally see were not there maybe it was my appearance. Whatever the reason I won't be back.

Staff was very helpful and gave me some tips to be successful with my A/C repairs. Tried home depo and lowes first and customer service there was poor as well as they couldnt get the part for a few days. Would strongly recommend if it's A/C or plumbing related..don't waste your time at other stores and just go see these guys. Hope this saves others the headache I went trough and good luck with your project.
