Joey came out and gave me a quote. I was expecting them to come out the following week. A spot opened up and the crew showed up two days after I received my quote. They were professional, quick, and did an excellent job cleaning up!

Cumberland Tree Service, LLC provided excellent work from start to finish! Joey and his staff were professional from start to finish. Quickly arrived ahead of time for the estimate and the job! The job of removal of an old elm tree was very quick and safe! They even cleaned up the entire area once the work was completed! I highly recommend them for any tree removal service you require! No job is too big for these guys!

I contacted Cumberland Tree Service fall 2020 for an estimate to trim an overgrown tree at my house. They gave me the estimate and I was good with the price and told them to get me on the schedule. The girl in the office told me they were backed up and it would be a little bit. I was good with that. January 17, 2021, no phone call, email or contact was given, just camera video of them showing up and trimming my tree. I received a bill about a week later for the work that was done in which I promptly paid. Fast forward, the following spring, the tree was DEAD!!! I contacted the office notifying them
Of the issue. A couple of guys showed up one day, again, no notification. Looked at the tree for about 5 seconds, I then received a call for the girls in the office informing me that it was dead! And it was going to be 1000$ to cut it down. I asked for the owner to please contact me, as of today, 4-5-2024, no one has contacted me about this issue. I feel as a business owner myself, I should not have to pay again for their mistake!

We had a huge tree fall down in our driveway effectively stranding us at home. It was too large for us to handle safely on our own. We called Cumberland Tree Service and they were out here within the hour of us calling and in single degree temperatures. Took them less than 30 minutes to arrive, cut and move it. They were friendly and professional and super fair priced. We know who to call now for any tree needs. So many thanks guys!

Go with this company! Great service for a fair price. The owner Joey is very professional and knows everything about trees. He helped me out in my back yard that is not easy to get due to a slope. His team has all the equipment and knowledge to get the job done.

Removed two good size maples, trimmed another, took EVERYTHING with them, not even any small limbs left. Came back later and ground the stumps. Great work, very professional, went straight to work, didn't stop (or slow down) until the work was done. I will use them again and I will recommend them to anyone who needs tree service.

Some years ago I came home from church and had a message on my phone that a tree had fallen across my fence onto a neighbor driveway. I called the first tree service I came across in the yellow pages ( remember those?). Luckily it was Cumberland Tree Service. I explained my problem and Joey and his crew was there within an hour to assess the damage and give me an estimate ( this was on a Sunday morning!). They arrived Monday and removed four huge white pine trees, repaired my fence and my property was clean and free of debris.
July 30th of this year I had a huge Sweet Gum tree fall on my house, doing considerable damage. I called this service again and, again they were there within an hour. They took down two large trees, had the debris removed, the trunks ground up and the grounds cleaned in just a few short hours. Joey has a great crew…professional and efficient. His wife, Rebecca, assured me, when I called, that a tree on a house was a first priority situation and that Joey and crew would be there within the hour. In short this is a great organization…fair price and fast and efficient service!

I've had this company out to my home twice, and each time, they have done an extremely thorough and amazing job. They are quick and efficient and left the area cleaner than when they arrived. I'll never use another company for cutting my trees. Did I mention they are affordable? Everything about Cumberland Tree Service is a 5+ star!

Joey and crew are very professional, efficient and equipped for any tree removal situation. They removed four mature trees which included a mature hickory that was forked, rotting and splitting at the base. It was a matter of time before the tree would end up on two main living areas of our house. Due to the rot in the base of the hickory, it also made for a more dangerous removal that was too risky for some tree services. The team at Cumberland Tree Service had safely it all gone in 5 hours at a very reasonable cost.

Once again….Great job! Cleaned everything and you can’t tell they were here except big tree is gone!

We had Cumberland tree service come, and grind stumps out of our yard. The gentleman Xavier was so sweet explained everything to me, including how to care for the lawn after the stumps were ground. I appreciate the time and care He spent cleaning up after he was done. Would definitely recommend this company Anytime for future tree services.

Great job removing a down tree limb and would highly recommend. You couldn’t tell anything had happened once Cumberland Tree left from completing the job.

Called Cumberland Tree Service to remove two very over grown bushes and one tree in back yard. Joey came, gave me a price and the team he sent were amazing. They were professional, personable and had everything down and cleaned up in no time. These guys work together like a well greased machine.
