Can be difficult to get a hold of but the service, price and knowledge is great. Charlie took the time to walk around my property and educate me on the trees. Scheduling and completion of project took awhile but the job was not emergent so it was manageable. Communication could be better but the service is great.

I called them to get a quote on how much they would charge me to prune my crepe myrtle tree , and after playing phone tag with them a few times, they finally gave me a quote of $600!!😳 If they had no interest in doing the job because they had much bigger jobs lined up, then they should have just said that , instead of giving me some outrageous ridiculous high quote! Came off as unprofessional to me. 🤦‍♀️🤷‍♀️

I called Charlie to get an estimate. The company sent over a rep to give me a free estimate. He was on time, friendly, and knew what he was talking about. When the crew showed up a week or so later they got right to work and completed what I thought was a 2 day job in a day. They even left my yard in better condition than when they found it. raked up all the debris and sticks. They even trimmed extra things just to make everything look even and pretty. The crew didnt even take a lunch break they just kept on going till it was done!! You dont find many people these days that work that hard with a smile. I highly recommend their work, nothing was damaged and our yard is wonderful. And I have to say watching them work is kinda like a circus. Charlie swinging in the tree in his climbing rig,and the guys on the ground worked the ropes lowering giant tree parts safely to the ground. It was kind of like an elaborate high wire act. Grade A entertainment. Wish I had more trees for them to cut down. I cant recommend them enough.

I called Charlie this morning and he stopped by while he was in the area shorly after. He gave me a quote for tree removal then returned later that evening to drop and clean up the tree for me. Very professional and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend!

Fast, friendly and professional. We filled out the form on the website and Charlie called us the same day. He came out and gave us an estimate and once we agreed he was here the next day and completed the job. Next time we need tree service this is who we are calling.

We have been using Charlie for our tree service since 2008. He has removed ALOT (18 at least)of trees due storm damage, age etc. Charlie is always friendly, professional, reasonably priced and definitely knows how to fell a tree. I just finished mowing an area today that he removed a tree from yesterday . There were NO limbs, sticks etc, and barely any leaves left behind. He was very careful not to tear up the yard even though we’ve had a lot of rain lately. Charlie also did a fantastic job clearing a fence line. You can’t go wrong hiring Clean Cut Charlie.

Called Clean Cut Charlie to have him come out and give estimate on a tree that was leaning towards our house. Ended up having two cut down. He gave us an affordable estimate. Once we agreed to the estimate, he showed up to my house within a few days and took care of the trees. Not only did he do a great job by taking care of these trees quickly, especially the one leaning towards the house, he also did a fantastic job of cleaning up. Would definitely use him again.

The professionalism from this company was by far better than any other company I have had remove trees in the past. I have used Clean Cut Charlie several times and watched Charlie and the crew work in the neighborhood a few times. I am always in awe at the professionalism and surgical precision. We had large, mature trees near our house that made me very nervous. Charlie gave great advice and had them down and gone quickly. They were careful with their equipment on the rain-soaked ground, removed the stumps, and cleaned all the debris. The yard looks great!
His rates are very reasonable.

These guys are good! From my experience in construction I could see how knowledgeable they were to do a job safely and efficiently.

I had a large dead hard maple tree in my backyard. High winds broke off a large limb destroying a trampoline situated underneath. I called CCC requesting a site inspection and estimate. Charlie came out same day. Charlie arrived next day with his crew and specialized equipment. He removed the tree and debris including the crushed trampoline. Everything was cleaned up neatly.
