We had an excellent experience working with Southern Tennessee General Contracting LLC on our bathroom remodeling project. From start to finish, they provided true wraparound service, handling every detail with professionalism and care. The team was consistently punctual, arriving on time each day and staying on schedule throughout the project. They also made a point to clean their work area daily, which we really appreciated—it kept disruption to a minimum and showed respect for our home. Communication was another standout aspect of their service. They kept us informed at every stage, answered our questions promptly, and made sure we were comfortable with each decision along the way. Overall, the quality of their work and their commitment to customer satisfaction exceeded our expectations. It's interesting to see pictures of my deck on the Southern Tennessee General Contracting post. THIS DECK HAS NUMEROUS PROBLEMS AND FAILED INSPECTION BY CLEVELAND CITY ON VARIOUS ACCOUNTS THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN KNOWN BY ANY CONTRACTOR. The building inspector said "high quality materials, but poor workmanship". He did not see the work that had to be redone before the inspection. This is a continuing nightmare.
