We bought a very dirty house. So dirty we did not feel good about our two young boys living in it. We ordered the move in service. The crew came out and did a fantastic job. Removing spider webs, cleaning recessed lighting, cleaned out fridge, got whatever was stuck on the floors off. An over all great job.

I used to be the most organized and clean person, because if I wasn’t I would get so stressed by clutter. After having my baby and going back to work I just didn’t have the time to clean and organize the house like I want. They came highly recommended to me and I can see why! I had them clean while I was on vacation and came to back to a clean and clutter free house! I was able to relax that night and trust the fact that my baby could crawl around on clean floors! I highly recommend using them, they’re great with responding to messages and working out a schedule with you!

Pristinely Polished Cleaning Services. I needed a deep clean to get my spring cleaning done and a reset for my home. Although I work from home, things like the baseboards, blinds, doorframes and such always are overlooked by me. Angel and Shannon came out on 4/19/2024 and by the time they left my house was shiny and clean along with smelling wonderful! Thank you for a wonderful experience and I will definitely be recommending you in the future.

I own a childcare center in town and was looking for someone to come in and do a good clean! The Pristinely Polished team came and cleaned our childcare center and did a fantastic job!! We have a large center with several large classrooms and they came in and cleaned every inch of the rooms and main lobby spaces! The floors looked so good, the bathrooms were sparkling, and it smelled so fresh and clean! The ladies who came were efficient and did great work! They paid attention to detail and made me feel so great about the work that was done. Commercial cleaning can be hard and “tricky” to tackle but these ladies did great!

We purchased our home and it was too overwhelming for me to deep clean having two small children. The previous owners of the home had cats and dogs inside and there was an excessive amount of hair, dust, etc. everywhere. Shelby is my go to cleaning gal from now on and exceeded my expectations!! The house is sparkling and she cleaned every surface, crack, window, baseboard, etc! She even cleaned the tops of my cabinets and behind the fridge. I was amazed at the before and after. I can’t wait to move into my home and I don’t have to worry about deep cleaning it myself. Shelby was so easy to talk to on the phone and very personable! I've engaged the services of this cleaning team for several months, and by and large, they've delivered satisfactory results. However, during their recent visit, there was a discernible lack of thoroughness in their work, resulting in scratches on my kitchen floors. I promptly communicated this concern via email to PP. Regrettably, it took two days a subsequent inquiry on my part to address the issues raised. She advised she would be calling me… NO CALL!

The delayed response and lack of follow-up have left me disappointed. Not only were there noticeable oversights in job duties, as not all tasks were performed, but the absence of a timely acknowledgment of the issue compounds my concerns. I wasn’t even seeking reparations for the floor damage but rather anticipated a more proactive approach, including an apology and assurance that future cleanings would be executed with greater care. As a conscientious consumer, I invest in services with the expectation that they are fulfilled diligently. Moreover, I value responsive and considerate customer service. A simple apology and a follow-up call would have gone a long way in maintaining the confidence of a customer who has consistently utilized your services over the past few months.
