A+, highly recommended. They've been mowing my lawn for a few years now and have done a great job, even with some of the odd requests I've made of them. Despite not having a hard schedule agreed to, they always came to mow on the perfect day each time. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone I know.

They came by yesterday, gave us a quote, and said they'd be here today at 8:30am because they had an appointment at 9am. It's almost 9, and not only have they not shown up but they won't answer the phone either time I've called. Really unprofessional because I would gladly have rescheduled if necessary. I have to work tonight, and now I've been up for hours past normal for an appointment I didn't get. No thanks!

Update: They came anyways. An hour late. I was angry because I need sleep (and said as much), but I paid them for their service. The guy left me a voicemail apologizing profusely and explaining that this was a one time accident and that in the future I can mail my payment or leave it accessible for them. No need to stay awake. I have to say I am impressed with how they handled my complaint, and they mowed the lawn extremely quickly and thoroughly. If you want accountability AND talent? These are your guys.

Excellent company, glad we chose them. Had a big job: cutting down trees, shaping existing bushes, installing rock walls & trellises, weed and mulch and laying stepping stones. All work is suburb and as discussed. Always on time, worked all day over multiple consecutive days non-interrupted. Cost came in as estimated, no surprises. Highly recommend Jonathan and staff.

We had SE Tennessee Lawn care build a larger, decorative, landscape wall around the front of our home and relocate several shrubs. Jonathan and crew worked hard and had the work done very quickly. The work was great and we are looking forward for a little warmer weather to add more shrubs.

I saw Mr. Ramirez doing some work for a neighbor and I asked about sodding my back yard. He came and gave me an estimate and told me what to expect during the installation. Everything went down as he said. His crew was careful to not damage my existing lawn. They were on time and worked VERY hard the entire time. I had a lot of rocks in my back yard, so it was back-breaking. He also installed a drain for me. His crew was there within an hour of the sod being delivered. He told me how to care for a new lawn, and three weeks later it is absolutely beautiful!!
He also installs borders around flowerbeds, and in the off season, he does fencing. I am very pleased with my new back yard, and I highly recommend his company....Southeast Tennessee Lawncare.

Our 25 year old front lawn was in bad shape. Jason came out and gave us an excellent price to completely re-sod the lawn. His price was considerably lower than other bids we recieced. We also wanted a medium size Maple tree taken down. His crew was able to handle both jobs and completed everything in two days. They were on time, worked nonstop and cleaned up when they finished. Jason then gave me instructions on how to properly care for this new grass. We are completely satisfied with the quality and cost of this project and with Southeast Tennessee Lawn Care

Jonathan installed stones around my flower beds, 3 to be exact. His work was clean and precise. I wanted an alteration after looking at the stones, and reached out to him and he responded AND made the alteration the same day! My stone work is the best in the neighborhood and I can say that confidently thanks to his work and attention to detail.

Jonathan, Hugo, and their team did an amazing job on my yard! I contacted them for a 1 time total clean up on landscaped areas and tree trimming that we just do not have time to tend to. Jonathan came out on a Saturday to meet with us and discuss what we would like done.
I did meet with companies for estimates, but we chose these guys because it seemed they take pride in their work...and they do! When I got home that evening, I was blown away!! Night and Day difference...I wish I had before pictures!

Jonathan and his team came out and did some great work to help level out our yard for building a playground swing set. It was a wonderful experience. He communicated with me the whole way as we navigated some snow delays. We would use Southeast TN again without hesitation!

Work included retaining wall, French drain, clearing and cleaning out backyard, topsoil, seeding, and even finished our unfinished attempt at landscape. Jonathan and his team were amazing! They installed our sod and corrected drainage issues created by our new build. Jonathan explained everything very clearly and ensured that I was satisfied. We have had Jonathan and his crew out for two different jobs. Both times they have been on time and on budget with the highest quality workmanship. Customer service has been excellent, I've even call him with landscape questions unrelated to the work he did for us and he takes time to listen and offer suggestions. We have already told him to put us on the schedule for next year.

Kevin mows with an eye to detail! We had some weeds growing near the house and he pulled them out! Jonathan and Kevin have mowed for us for several years.

We have been using these guys for our lawn care for over a year now. Every week I am just blown away by the awesome job they do! Super nice crew, friendly and professional! They really go out of their way to make everything look amazing!! I can’t say enough good things about them! These guys might be the hardest working landscapers you'll ever hire, and at super reasonable costs to boot. Their norm is going above & beyond. Last summer, we hired them for a sizable job that included grading, laying 9500SF of sod, installing a riprap lined swale and reforming and stabilize our roadside ditch with riprap. We even threw in a last minute patio install, which they completed in no time! Each day they showed up on time and performed all work as described for each phase. The entire crew was very kind and respectful and kept a very clean work site. We've just scheduled another landscaping project with them to start next month and we can't wait!
