Several of my clients told me Davenport Tree Service was very reliable since we had several no shows from other tree services. Anyways, my husband left work early to meet with these guys about cutting down a dead tree. They never showed up. My husband called them again and they promised to show up. Guess what. They didn't show up again. I will definitely be telling my clients about our experience with Davenport.

This company went above and beyond my expectations when cutting and hauling away an 85-foot pine tree that fell during a recent high-wind event. The crew took exceptional pride in restoring the area as though the tree never existed. They came highly recommended and I say the same!

I’m the property owner in the other side of a job that was done for my neighbors. I told one of the workers where the property line was and showed him the survey stake. He said he understood. He spoke English. Unfortunately they came across the property line at least a foot and cleared on our side of line. We prefer privacy and our professionally planted ground cover was ripped out and so were many small trees on our side of the line. Also a large wood beam was taken off our property and likely went home with one of the workers. Don’t recommend at all.

In August 2021, Dave Davenport tree service took on a big tree removal challenge and we could not be more pleased with the work performed. They were not the low bidder, but we were persuaded by the methodology they planned to use, especially concerning several large trees very close to our home. We also called their insurance provider and verified that if things went wrong we were covered. In terms of the work of removing 13 trees, stump grinding, cleanup, etc....it was all very professional! In fact, the crew cut a couple of extra trees at no additional cost...because they try to do more than the customer expected! We have definitely found a GREAT tree service for any future work we might need!

These guys are amazing. They do fantastic work, quick, professional, and really care about their customers. I feel like they treated my yard as they would their own. Cleaned up beautifully. One time they even showed up within a few hours after I called about storm damage, even though it wasn’t an emergency. Davenport will always be my #1 call.

I wouldn't trust a tree service to do a professional job when they throw their trash out the passenger side window of their truck. Cutting corners and tree limbs, huh? You had literally just passed a gas station and one was coming up as well.

Also the back of the truck was just wide open for all the tree clippings to scatter about on the highway, which they did.

Sound ordinances don’t mean a thing to these folks. Not very respectful of their clients neighbors and do not give a crap about who they are disturbing at 9:15 pm.
I am a contractor also and would never put my clients neighbors through what I have been listening to for the last 3 hours.
Learn the sound ordinances for the areas you are working in folks. I will educate you. It’s 7 pm deadline.
I went and talked to someone and they couldn’t give a crap. Very unprofessional

I needed some stumps ground and called around. I talked to Dave and he told me the work they would do. I asked them to grind and take the grindings. I had other bids for less but they seemed like they knew what do.

When I called back to schedule the work, I talked to someone else who had no idea what I was talking about. Apparently, the owner did not fill out some paperwork specifying the work I wanted. I reiterated what I wanted done.

When they did the work, they left the stumps and did not take the grindings even after we agreed on it over the phone. I also had a hard time connecting with them: lefts several messages and took several days to get a response.

Good luck with them and make sure your bid matches what you want done. Before and after photos (would you be happy).

PS: They did come back and take the stumps.

I had a large pine cut down. They didn't leave a single needle behind. Def recommend!

We needed to have some brush removed after we did some rejuvenation pruning. Two Brothers Tree Service kindly assisted us at a very fair price and did an amazing clean up job! If you are looking for a great company to help you with your brush removal, this one is the best!

These guys did a fantastic job for us! First trip - they planted 70 plants and today they did tree trimming of some really tall trees and climbed 45 feet to get to a limb, then hauled off all the branches! Highly recommend!

Two Brothers did a great job for me. They gave me a good quote, we shook, and they immediately began work.

This job was for removing two trees that had fallen from a recent storm. They cut up the trees and placed all of the wood and debris in a nearby wooded area for me. They certainly have a great work ethic.

I've used Lucky's twice now after they were recommended to me by a friend. Their work was top notch and both their prices were very competitive. Their crews are easy and pleasant to work with and they did a bang up job removing multiple large trees. They were also great to come back and regrind a stump where it had been obscured by all the shavings from the first time (it was a huge tree so not surprising they missed some of it). Also very noteworthy, is these guys are very professional about their work practices. They don't take any short cuts. They work in a manner that protects your property and also in a way that is very safe for them (protective clothing, shields, harnesses etc.). In comparison, a neighbor used someone else to cut his tree down (someone he knew), and they didn't even use safety glasses! Made me appreciate the effort and diligence of Lucky's even more. Thank you Tyler and everyone for both my jobs being well done! I will certainly look to use them again on my next job.

Called for a quote. Was told they would be here Friday, I double checked because it was Good Friday, they said it was fine. Have the text message confirming they said they would be here. I took the day off work and waited all day, they never showed up, no call or anything. Some people cannot afford to take days off work, and companies need to be held accountable for treating customers this way. I will be finding another tree service.
