I just had my maintenance appointment and was very impressed. The technician was punctual, friendly, and thorough. He performed a full system health check, cleaned key components, inspected everything for safety, checked refrigerant and electrical connections, flushed the drain line, replaced the filter, and tested the thermostat.

He explained everything clearly and gave honest recommendations. My system is now running efficiently with better airflow, and I have peace of mind knowing it’s in great shape.

Dennis Mahan and his team at Varsity Zone HVAC recently installed a new Goodman heat pump at our home in East Tennessee. After diagnosing that our old unit had failed, he gave us a couple of options including a new unit. We decided on the new option because our old unit was 13 years old. They had the new unit installed in less than a week and were in and out in less than 4 hours. The team of installers were professional, cleaned up the worksite, and hauled off the old unit. We felt the price was fair considering how much HVAC units and labor have gone up since we had the last unit installed 13 years ago. I would recommend highly Varsity Zone HVAC for your heating and cooling needs.

If I could give 10 stars I would. Tried a different company and they did a band aid and basically telling me it’s going to be 15K , then got another company recommended by a friend well let’s just say they showed up twice only when I called to remind them. So for the great news Varisty was great diagnosed the issue with in 20 minutes never asked for any money said they would send over recommendations for me to go over. Next day we said we will go with the repair and within 3 days parts came in and our heating system is completely repaired.They are Veteran owned and I appreciate the service they provide to us. Highly recommended Varsity Zone heating and air! Thank you. Dennis knows the meaning of customer service.
