Melton put a new split unit in for us. The techs that put it in Richard and Brandon were great. The only sign they were there was my new unit! My wife was at home during the install. She said they both were very professional and courteous. The install was done very neatly and tidy. Will be using Melton from here out!

Melton HVAC delivered across the board during the "hell wave". Cora consistently displayed a calm and pleasant demeanor despite my numerous frantic contacts. Kane rose to the occasion and installed a portable a/c unit while parts were on order. His arrival assured temporary relief to survive the brutally searing temps. Quincy stole the show. This dude is the consummate pro. Following a brief "cool" cycle response from an initial heat pump service, the unit failed to respond after his departure. Now Friday and I'm on the edge flirting with disaster. The weekend forecast predicts increasingly scorching digits. Not only did Quincy arrive one hour ahead of schedule, he was highly comprehensive during the successful follow up diagnosis and unit performance. Challenging times call for timely, reliable and professional solutions. Truth told, Melton HVAC has my back and I'm vastly grateful and comforted knowing this fact. Thanks! John B. Flowers

Very impressed with the quick response and professionalism of Melton. We were scheduled at noon, and I got a call an hour before asking if they could come early. I was at the grocery store, and wasn’t able to be at my house early. That was not a problem and they arrived right on time at noon. Our heating issue was quickly solved, and the technician was very kind and professional. He explained exactly what the issue was and how it was resolved. I will definitely use Melton again!

Jonas has been so great about finding the many problems my system had and fixing them. These many issues was with my cooling. This very cold Christmas I was among 75 plus folks who lost heating. Jonas made a temporary fix so my family had heat! I hope Jonas will be installing this new piece. Jamie has worked with me on my crazy schedule. Melton has come to my home at least 7 times this year. Melton is very professional, good value and they helped me though they didn't have to. I will never go anywhere else.

No high pressure sales pitch, just an honest price for a great Amana system. The installers Richard and Roger were ultimate professionals - they arrived to the job early and did a very thorough job that exceeded my expectations. I had zero doubts about their expertise and commitment to doing a good job.

This company has gone above and beyond to get a new HVAC unit installed for our sister. Called them one morning when hers had gone out, they sent someone out same day and quote was well under a competitive company in Knoxville. They installed new unit next day.

They truly seem to care about what product is best for their customers and not just making money.

This company is great. They installed a new HVAC at my house to replace my 18 year old system. A rep came to my house and even though the quote was very close to the same quote I'd gotten from another company, the rep was so polite, professional, and easy to work with that I went ahead and agreed to have them install the next week. The guys came right on time and all I had to do was give them a check. Everything has been great and price was very fair. We love our new A/C. The kicker is, my sister-in-law had their furnace stop working last week, and another company quoted them $9k to replace their furnace! I told my sister to call Melton. Melton came and fixed their problem that day for just $200. Great company, great service.

Melton Heating and Air saved me and my 9month old on a snowy day! Woke up to no heat on a day when they were predicting 3-6in and for temps to stay below freezing for 48hrs. I called Melton heating and air and they had a very kind tech, Quincy, out to my house within the hour. They had the part that we needed and he had our heat back on just in time for the snow to start falling! I cannot rave enough about the prompt and great service that I received from them! I will definitely be using them for all hvac needs in the future!
