Greg, Kelvin, and Doni have taken care of me and my belongings from the first day after the fire. What a pleasure to have people who care about their work and do it in such a professional and caring way. They delivered my things today and took time to put everything where I wanted it. I appreciate them so much.

Matt and his crew were exceptional! Extremely professional and were attentive to all our questions and concerns. We had damage from a tree hitting our roof resulting in some water damage. Matt and his crew came out in a timely manner and got to work. Would recommend 10/10!

When I needed their water damage cleanup services recently, Jason and Brad were courteous, professional, and creative in finding and implementing solutions. They listened and were available to answer any questions or concerns. They were very respectful of my time schedules
and did their work timely. I will definitely recommend Jason and Brad with Servpro to others who may be in need of excellent service.

UPDATE: The manager called me and explained their policies - they are an honest and kind business but they DO charge for their quotes. This makes sense because they send out more qualified professionals to test and ensure the property is safe, but do note that a quote for your job will incur a fee.

Previous Review: The only company I called who charges $150 to come out and quote a job. The representative I spoke with was very kind and asked for pictures of the job and more information and mentioned they would come give a free quote (which is standard for all remediation companies I have worked with). As soon as I sent over a picture I was bait and switched and they requested a fee of $150 that would only be refunded if I hired them.

These guys did an incredible job. They showed up on the weekend at 8pm and did an amazing job. They were professional, knowledgeable, and very thorough. I can’t say enough about their team and the work they did. They deserve much more than 5 stars.

We had just had a flood which resulted in the most water we have ever had in our office. We Knew that Servpro was the company to call to help us with the cleanup. The team came in and were just spectacular. The manager had everything organized and worked with us when we had extra jobs come in.
Kayla and Raegan and the rest were very professional and worked long hours away from home. I can’t say enough good things about the work they did for us.

The Servpro of Chattanooga team supported us during a large commercial water loss. Matt and his team were professional, knowledgeable, but most importantly, honest with us throughout the process. We couldn't thank them enough!

Ok I am updating my review from below. The next day from putting in my review John Casella called me and we talked about the issues and my concerns and frustrations. He was on it immediately. He showed genuine concern for our situation and was determined to immediately figure out what happened. He researched their records, gave me the information we needed and immediately made arrangements so that we could go to their facility and review some other items that were still there. He was there the whole time helping us and answering all our questions and if he didn't know he immediately called the person who would know. We met Connie who works on the textiles, she was so nice and understanding and showed genuine feeling towards some items that had sentimental value to us. We still feel the company needs to work on their communication with the client and John has guaranteed us it is one of his goals to improve the communication with the customer. Thank you John and Connie not just for your professionalism but for the personal time you dedicated to us today.

Ok I'm going to two stars right now because I want to make sure the issue gets addressed and if it does, I am more than willing to give a better review. We lost our home to a fire last June, our insurance company referred us to Servpro, they came out twice and picked up our items between June and July, they were very nice. After that August came and went, Sept came and went, October, November, and come December we are like ok where is our stuff?? So, we call them, after several phone calls my husband finally gets ahold of a person who says, "oh your stuff has been done for months" . Really, months go by and the person in charge of our order or whoever is supposed to communicate to us that our items are ready has never called, texted, emailed, nothing. In any situation where I have received services someone always calls to say, "your item/order is ready", that is a normal expectation from any company. So, they tell my husband we will get back to you about getting your things to you, more time goes by and nothing. So now I decide I'm handling this. I was able to get ahold of someone, I explained my frustration, they gave me the phone number to the person that I needed to contact, and I made it clear I was very frustrated with the lack of communication. Now we will see what happens with the bill, because I should not have to pay for storage since, we were never notified that our items were ready until we had to hunt someone down to figure out where our things were. The manager whose number I had been given quickly arranged a time to get our things delivered to us. Everyone I talked to was nice and polite once I got ahold of them but there was still no good communication on the part of Servpro and that lack of communication can end up costing me more money than it should, and it cost you those extra stars. So Servpro I hope you're going to make this right. I truly do appreciate their work in restoring our items that we were able to rescue from our home. In the future though please work on better communication with your customers. Kelvin and Morgan delivered our items today, they are both so sweet.

An untimely death recently left our family facing overwhelming home repairs at a time when our main focus was caring for the wife and young daughters left behind. In this tragic season of grief Ooltewah Team Cuthbertson, led by Matt Holland, stepped in to begin the restoration of their home and thus their lives. The timeliness and quality of their work, paired with their sensitivity to our devastating situation, is a direct reflection of the company’s integrity and commitment to excellence. Had a busted pipe and when I called ServPro of Chattanooga, David was out within an hour or so to come take care of the water. He was very professional and kept me informed of next steps. Thank you, David and team, for all of your help.

Servepro has been working on our house for a year. They have made a complete mess of everything. They don't have people who know how to do drywall correctly or install vinyl flooring.They left the comode off the floor and caused more water damage, They installed vinyl flooring in my bathroom and cut in short and then tried to cover up the mistake, got glue on the side of the bathtub. They are not good at communicating. They have caused more problems than what they have fixed.

Loved working with the pack out guys. They did an exceptional job and took way more care than we ever expected someone to take. Would definitely use them again.

A job that was very overwhelming was made much easier by working with Servpro. Having them work with my insurance company and coordinate contractors, and being able to trust their expertise to get my house put back in order was so helpful. The staff was always friendly, and the project manager, Will, was always helpful and quick to respond to my questions and concerns. If you’re needing someone to hold your hand from start to finish, I recommend Servpro.

*Update*
The day after I posted my review the owner of Servpro left a note stating that someone would be reaching out to remedy the situation. That note was posted weeks ago and no one ever reached out. Just one more example of their empty promises.

On May 18, 2024, my home caught on fire, luckily a neighbor spotted the flames and called the fire department. My insurance company recommended Servpro for the cleanup. After checking their Google reviews, I decided that I would work with them. Working with Servpro was an absolute nightmare. One of their technicians punched a hole in the floor of my tub/shower with a ladder and another used packaging tape to construct a plastic barrier to keep out fumes which resulted in paint being torn off two walls in my kitchen. Multiple members of Servpro’s management team promised me that all the damage would be resolved to my satisfaction, but it wasn’t. Servpro’s first attempt at remedying the situation was to connect me with a company that could put a patch in my tub/shower at my expense. I promptly made it clear that I would not accept that offer. After getting my insurance agent involved, they decided they would pay a contractor to remedy the damage they had caused, but after seeing the initial estimate they backtracked. Servpro then offered me $1,500 (this was roughly 20% of what the initial estimate to remove and replace the tub/shower had been) to remedy the damage. After some back and forth and making it quite clear that they weren’t going any higher we settled on $2,000. There was one sticking point that I just couldn’t get past. In order to receive any compensation for the damage to my home they demanded that I write a five-star Google review for them. Initially I agreed but let them know of my displeasure. On the day I was to receive my check they presented me with a non-disparagement agreement and a non-disclosure agreement to sign. It was at that point that I told them I would rather share my story than lie for them. They of course did not see asking me to write a five-star Google review for them as asking me to lie for them. When you see their multiple five-star reviews ask yourself how many of them were paid for. If you’d like honest reviews about Servpro you should visit their page on Yelp.

I simply cannot praise this company highly enough for assisting me in a time of need! I sustained a large roof leak that allowed water to flow into a room of my home! The crew came within an hour of my initial call; returned several days to repair the damage. The crew was extremely knowledgeable, professional and helpful in every way!!! I highly recommend this company!
