We had a pipe burst one winter. It flooded the kitchen. Our insurance called SERVPRO. They did a great job ripping everything out. They worked fast and made the first step easier. Then we had to fix it. SERVPRO was great.

Poor quality of repairs to my home. Estimates continually kept changing by increasing costs that were not made to my home. They take thousands of dollars up front to do repairs but the minute the money is given disappeared for 8 months without starting the work. When inquiries for a start date excuses were made including the project manager isn't in with promises of call backs that never happened. I gave a one for a rating because I was grateful that it was over. I do highly recommend to not get involved with this company to begin with.

Manager Steven Hendrix was here in 35 minutes and started the process by himself as the flood was happening, he helped me retrieve my guitars 🎸 and store them until he came back today, He communicated all holiday weekend and made sure we were ok, he managed his team with great leadership, Please Thank Mr Hendrix and his team for an awesome job completed

We discovered we had a fairly serious water leak early Sunday Morning. David Guaracha and his team responded quickly and took immediate action to limit the damage and place drying and dehumidifying equipment. They were very responsive, courteous, and professional in the way they handled our issue. We couldn’t be more pleased with this SERVPRO team.

There was a water main bust that occurred overnight, resulting in standing water in our yard and crawlspace. Cleveland Utilities partnered with ServPro to get a team out and ensure the water was pumped out and our crawlspace was dried out properly over the course of a few days. The ServPro team members we interacted with, Sam and Haley, were a pleasure to work with. They had great communication and worked with our scheduled. What started as a stressful event, turned into a very smooth process and gave peace of mind about everything. Thanks again for all of your help in getting our crawlspace back in top shape!

Servpro did a great job helping us out when a water main busted in our front yard and flooded our crawl space. Brian and Jesus came out after hours and helped to get everything situated and Haley came out to gather all the gear they left at our house to dry out our crawl space. Tim has been a great asset of support during this stressful time. From the first call to schedule service, all the way down to the build back he has been on top of everything. Going above and beyond to help me. He has been wonderful at communication. Answering calls and texts anytime I reach out. In this day and age it’s hard to find someone who isn’t just in it for a paycheck. It’s been a very pleasant surprise to encounter someone like Tim, who truly cares about making the customer happy.
