Matt came over this morning and gave us excellent customer service and did a quality job. It’s very rare to find companies that treat your home like it’s their own, but that’s how Matt and TrueBlue operate.

They also did the install of a brand new unit for us several months ago and did excellent work then as well.

My interaction with True Blue was simple and efficient! I had no problems setting up an appointment with Matt. He called when he said he was going to call and arrived when he said he would! Matt went above and beyond to tackle a few different issues with my HVAC system. He was clear with his descriptions of the problem and it was easy to understand what needed to be done. He was also courteous and kind. I’m grateful to be a True Blue customer!

Skye, a very polite. professional, and personable young man, performed a seasonal check up on our heating an cooling system this morning. He explained what our systems needs and the priorities of each problem. He also got us set up for a membership for maintenance that works for us. We would like to follow up with him for future work. I was referred to the company by a neighbor. Matt showed up right on time and quickly diagnosed the problem and let me know what would need to be done. He got everything done quickly and thoroughly explained what he had done and made sure everything was working properly before leaving. I would recommend True Blue Heating & Cooling for air conditioning or heating needs! It was super hot summer and our air went out and they were able to replace our old system quickly and at a good fair price. They worked fast and did a great job.

Very pleased with the service provided by Randy! He was on site less than 24 hours after putting in the request, carefully went through our system and made recommendations on repairs or additions, and when we decided to move forward, he scheduled for next day and had everything installed and ready to go in about an hour. We were not happy with our previous HVAC company and wanted to try someone different. We’ll be sticking with True Blue moving forward!

True Blue came to my rescue when I needed it the most. They were very professional adding a personal touch and care. They continued to check on my unit while being serviced and made sure my home was cool. Casey (the owner) came out today and followed up with me to see if my unit was still working. And it is!!! I need to take this company with me to Memphis!!!

True Blue Heating and Cooling who you need to call!!!

True Blue Heating and Cooling went above and beyond to resolve our HVAC issue. We were experiencing an A061_F Blower Fault error, where the motor couldn’t run. Matt quickly diagnosed the problem on the first visit and determined that we needed a new control panel board and blower motor. By the second day, both were installed, and everything was running perfectly!

Matt was exceptional—his communication was clear and professional every step of the way. Brandy was also kind and understanding, following up with me after I missed her call.

The team’s efficiency, expertise, and excellent customer care make them stand out. I highly recommend True Blue Heating and Cooling!

It’s always a hard decision when it comes to major replacements and/or repairs in your home, but I didn’t think twice before calling the team at True Blue! They are available for emergencies, always dependable and, most importantly, trustworthy! Highly recommend Casey at True Blue Heating and Cooling. He promptly took my call on a weekend and worked quickly to make sure we had working heat in the house when temps were freezing. He was very kind and patient as well. I appreciate his fast and efficient work ethic.

James and his crew are top notch. They don't try and up sell you on stuff you don't need. They are amazing to deal with, and always answer my calls. James has done work for me for the past 6 years and I have never had any issues with their work or customer service. True blue goes above and beyond to make sure my family is comfortable year round.

True Blue communicated effectively and was able to diagnose the issue with our AC unit quickly. They repaired it in a timely manner and made the air in our bedrooms cool and awesome. We can't thank them enough. 5 out of 5 always recommend them! Clean and professional everytime.

Casey and Matt showed up late into the evening due to issues on previous jobs but were excellent at diagnosing and fixing the A/C problem very quickly. I was impressed, so much so that I asked to get on a maintenance contract immediately.
Need to mention that a few of my neighbors have had similar experiences with True Blue. I considered honest and very fairly priced. Thanks, guys!

Excellent Customer Service. Randy was Honest, Professional, Courtesous. Very Knowledable. The Company does not try to sell you something you do not need for HVAC. Great Customer Service and reasonably priced.
