We are very grateful for the team at True Blue Heating And Cooling. Randy (who was the lead man on this project) went above and beyond to get what we needed. Because the attic opening was so small, the previous contractors on our house brought up the AC unit and built around it...after the fact. That posed a problem for future renovations, obviously. Randy knew this was an issue, so he painstakingly took apart the whole brand new AC unit in our front yard, then hauled it up the ladder (one by one) and in pieces. Watching this reminded me of the song "One Piece at a Time" by Johnny Cash. Randy then proceeded to re-build the AC unit inside the attic and in the natural heat. Randy's assistant was also a big help in this endeavor. Zero complaints by these guys. They just wanted to get the job done and efficiently, which they did! Thank you so much you guys! The gentleman who showed up today was knowledgeable and very nice. He did a great job servicing my unit and keeping it maintained. I’m very happy with the price and service. I’m glad I bought the yearly service package.

Heat went out Matt was here within the hour. Had the part in stock was up and running in a couple hours. also, this was after hours on a weekend in 19° weather! Will definitely be using this company for all my HVAC needs!!

We have used True Blue for both a downstairs and upstairs unit replacements. On time and Professional. Appraised our problem and advised as to how to best remedy.

Update: Quoted price, came out and project completed within two days or so of the initial visit. Solid work, good communication and timely response means I can recommend wholeheartedly.

My air conditioner wasn’t working , I called true blue and they came out within two hours. Casey was the serviceman who found the problem and fixed it. He. Was very pleasant and showed me the problem and fixed it.
I will use True Blue again and will sign up for their maintenance service.

After the ice storms my hvac stopped working and they came out at 8pm after several calls before mine working tirelessly in freezing weather. Turns out breaker was tripped and it was an easy fix🙏🏻
