We have used True Blue twice now. Both times we were happy with our experience. This time, although an unfortunate diagnosis for an entire new unit, Matt was fantastic! He was helpful, informative, very upfront and made the process seamless and quick to get handled. Very friendly and professional. We will be using them for all future needs!

Casey besides being personable, efficient and informative, he does exemplary work. My heating system failed 3 days before a major storm and he diagnosed it and found the system and installed it in 2 days! I would recommend this company to everyone.

Casey and his team have been my go to for my HVAC for many years. They are extremely knowledgeable, customer friendly and have given me the best service hands down. My new system is helping get my electric bill manageable and my house comfortable! The maintenance program they offer is affordable and a must have!

The entire team of True Blue were amazing! At 11:00pm at night sent in a request, and minutes later was texting with one of their highly qualified dispatchers. They texted me first thing in the morning, and was out to my home within hours. Randy was super friendly, explained what he was doing, and 15 minutes later cool air was back in the house! I signed up for their yearly plan, because who wouldn't want True Blue to make sure that your heating/air was working right. Don't wait!! Absolutely Brilliant!

I can't say enough things about how incredible this company is. Their entire staff works as a team to pull off miracles and provide the BEST service. We had an all hands on deck situation for our AirBnb home today relating to the AC/duct work and they came to the rescue to resolve the issue effectively and efficiently, on the same day without interrupting our guests who were checking in! We have always had a great experience with True Blue on all previous jobs as well. Ever since we found them we won't go anywhere else.

Casey and Matt at TrueBlue were great! We were on the fence of getting a completely new unit because of the cost. After we heard about a Bosch unit that was extremely efficiently AND QUIET! we choose the change our 17 year old unit that was on its last leg. They even rip out and exchanged the ducting to new! It was fast service. Within a week they were here and completed the job in one day (new duct and all). I highly recommend TrueBlue if you need a new HVAC unit.

They worked quickly and efficiently with no surprise charges—no weekend fees or hidden costs. Everything was upfront and honest, and the final cost was even less than we expected. The service was outstanding—fast, professional, and reliable. I cannot recommend them highly enough!
