    So I too had an issue with my LG 3500ww front load washer. It was leaking. I got the repair person Wesley. I showed him where the leak was coming from. Now, I am not an appliance repair person, but I am very handy and do most repairs myself. Since this one was coming from very low and towards the front of the appliance I called a professional. They told me a $145 diagnostic fee would be applied to the repair if I accepted the quote. I thought, "Sure, how much could it be to fix a leak?" After Wesley evaluated the unit he gave me a repair price of $972.00. He told me the leak was coming from the front door seal and the seal cost $600 on it's on. He said the part was pretty special. I declined the repair and told my wife we needed a new washer. She aske me "Can you fix it?". I said let me look up a repair video and the part. Well, after watching the video I looked up the part. The part was $52 on Amazon and the tool was $14. The fix is an hour start to finish. So glad I declined and so sad I didn't look at the reviews before calling this company. Please do not call them.

    Picked them out of Google search for refrigerator repair based on reviews. They did not disappoint. They were on time, called before they came, texted me a picture of the service tech and e-mailed they were on the way. The service tech Del was courteous, brought a mat with him to wipe his feet and wore shoe protectors. Very professional and diagnosed the problem quickly. Looked up the part needed and went and got it. Back in business within a hour or so. Was not thrilled our board had gone out, but better than buying a new fridge at this point in time. Will definitely call them again, but I hope not for a while.

Fixed my problem. Refrigerator is back up to standard. Benjamin was courteous, professional and prompt. Price was reasonable. I would definitely use them again!!
