They "said" they were coming at a certain time to give us an estimate and they actually DID!! They said they would call in two days to tell us when they can work us in and they actually DID!! They said they would be here to do the work at 8:00 am and they were HERE at 8:00am. They worked the entire time without standing around to smoke and/or litter our yard with the butts (as other workers have done). They tell us when the cuttings will be picked up and they are picked up EARLY!
They gave us a written estimate and they did everything on the estimate PERFECTLY (above and beyond our expectations) and did not attempt to increase the estimate upon completion. Everything was left so well raked/cleaned up that you would not have known they had been here! They are truly tree ARTISTS and made sure we were happy before climbing down from each section of trees. It's so nice to see professionals who take PRIDE in their work!! They did a FABULOUS job and we look forward to using them again!

I am in awe of the work completed by Real Tree Pros. and Rogelio's, "Roger's" Team. They were highly skilled at climbing and experts at cutting all while maneuvering around cable lines, power lines and fences. They were very attuned to my needs and even checked in with me to make sure I was pleased. The cleanup was swift and meticulous- leaving no limbs or branches behind. I HIGHLY recommend them. Rogelio was great to work with. I called for an estimate on having some trees trimmed and he was able to stop by that same day. The estimate was fair and he was able to schedule me for the next day. The crew came on time, quickly trimmed the tree, left the firewood cuts I requested, and removed all the remaining debris. We will be using them again anytime we need the trees cut and highly recommend Real Tree Pros.

They took care of my trees as per the written agreement and when they finished, there was no debris left for me to clean up and, their prices are very reasonable.
