Juan was the lawn tech sent to my residence. He was very polite, courteous, respectful of the property, and obviously knowledgeable. He showed me everything beforehand, explained what he was going to do, and showed me everything afterwards. Very transparent. The service the company provided occurred within 1 hour of contact. These folks earned themselves a customer for all future needs. The first impression of the company and Juan, himself, was exemplary.

We had MSI install our irrigation system in September 2022, shortly after we moved into our house. We have a half acre lot and as I recall it took them 1-2 days and they were done. The entire process, from first call to install to the most recent winterization service has been great. When I call the office, there’s always someone that’s pleasant that answers. If they miss my call, they call me back. The service technicians that come to the house are great to work with. The whole outfit is top notch. I have zero complaints during my 3 years with them as a customer. If you’re looking for someone to install an irrigation system for you, you could find someone to do it cheaper. But the system needs servicing at times. Trust me, you’ll want a company that installs it professionally, services it professionally and is not a hassle to deal with. Midsouth Irrigation has been that company for me. If you choose them, you will not disappointed, great people to work with.
