First cleaning experience was very positive! Great work, house smells awesome!

Today was the first time that we felt our house was properly cleaned since we began using your service. The crew that cleaned our house this time did a very good job. Usually, we experience items of cleaning not been done such as the stove top not being cleaned off, dust and cobwebs beneath the tables and flower plants, hardwood and shower floors not properly cleaned. This was the best cleaning crew that has cleaned our house by far. Now that we know you have people that are capable of cleaning our house., this is what we will be expecting from now on. Anything less and we will probably be looking for a new cleaning service.

I would like to say that Ms Charlene, Kimberly and Stacy cleaned my house for their first time here and did an outstanding job. Friendly, very thorough and I could not be happier with their work and pleasant personalities. I would be very happy to have them return again and again.

I had a wonderful experience! They did an awesome job, especially on my stairs, which were full of cat hair before. They look almost like new. Shaunaree and Stacy were both wonderful and you could tell that they really enjoyed their job. I will be calling them back in the future!

Gleaning Authority did a great job cleaning our home! They were so nice and friendly and very thorough. They left a sheet specifying everything they did that day and what they would focus on the next time. Very pleased!

While I enjoy all of the ladies who come by the team that came by today was exceptionally good. They had a very good energy that I really enjoyed. They listened and executed all that I asked of them and thankfully the spouse was satisfied with the work that was done. I’ll definitely ask that this team comes again

One of the ladies told me she vacuumed the foyer, however, when she went to mop she had some leaves that she needed the other lady to to vacuum up because she didn’t vacuum the foyer. I also had to remind her to vacuum the laundry room.

We've had The Cleaning Authority clean our house for almost a year. They do a fantastic job at a very reasonable price. Very happy!

Just had our first cleaning, and they did a great job. Cleaned all the places that are easy to over look (i.e. baseboards, blinds, behind toilets, kitchen ledges, range top...) and made the living areas look clean and welcoming. So far so good. If they keep this up, they will have a customer for life.

I would love to have the same two women that cleaned my house today to come back every time my house is scheduled to be cleaned. They were so detailed & house looks so good.

Liz and Janey did a fabulous job. Everything was sparkling and fresh. I would love to have them again.

The Cleaning Authority has been wonderful from the start. They were very responsive when I initially reached out for information and worked around my schedule for an in-home consultation/estimate. The staff who cleaned our home were very professional and did a thorough job.

Most of my home is beautiful. Stove top laundry cabinet tops and some door framed not wiped.
Vasari and Kacey were very nice and did a good job.
A very good cleaning other than things mentioned.

I liked all 3 of the sweet ladies that came to do our cleaning. They worked hard and fast. I hope that they can be the team assigned to do our cleaning every other week.

I look forward to seeing them come back on April 2, 2025.

I was very pleased with our bi-weekly cleaning performed by 3 lovely ladies. Actually I give each of them a gold star!

I would like to ask, if at all possible, that we be able to have the same ladies perform our cleaning every other week. We really liked our crew this week, who were:

I ask this because of my husband, who suffered a stroke this past year, and is sensitive to strangers coming in and out of the house.

Following a horrible experience with our last cleaning at the end of June, we were very pleased with the service delivered today. All 3 young ladies put in extra effort after seeing just how little had been done previously. They are to be commended for their attitudes and desire to do their very best. No one assumed anything and they readily asked if they were unsure about anything. I will be the first to say that today was a big job as my husband is a stroke survivor and I am 2 weeks post op after having an emergency hip replacement. So I have not been able to do much of anything and I knew it would be a lot to deal with. I could not be more pleased.

I would like to request that this team be our team for each cleaning in the future. They understand our needs and I feel confident and comfortable with them in our home. Please give this strong consideration.

I have really enjoyed The Cleaning Authority over the past couple of years. They are reliable and trustworthy. I especially like dealing with the manager Rick. He is very nice and accomidating. I use the biweekly service to help keep my bathrooms, floors, cabinets, appliances, and counters clean. My home always looks better after a visit from The Cleaning Authority.
