MISSED A SPOT! I felt like every section of the house was cleaned properly given the big square footage of the house, however I am displeased with one particular area. I know that the “move out” special doesn’t include carpet shampooing, but I at least expected it to be vacuumed. There was only a small section of the house that was carpeted (upstairs) and I inspected the carpet and it didn’t even look like it got vacuumed at all. I paid a lot for my sq./ft. quote and I would think they should’ve at least vacuumed or vacuumed better.

We had a great experience with these folks. They showed up on time and were attentive to detail. They were kind and worked hard during the time they were here. We will definitely be using their services going forward.

Nicole kinsey the owner has horrible communication skills. She has one poor girl out all day working with no breaks and no help she doesn’t even check on the young lady while she’s out. She doesn’t hire men which is discrimination! Some employers said that she is money laundering and can barely afford to keep the doors open or pay them a proper check when the moral on the job is low the quality becomes low and I don’t ever want Nicole’s business again due to her negligence of employees and customers she even stopped the young lady from using smell good products in my home for hospital grade stuff had my house smelling plain like they didn’t touch anything I’m very disappointed at the unprofessionalism of the owner if she looses the young lady that slaved by herself all day and pregnant the business will fall that young lady is remarkable.

It was a good experience. I was surprised to see three ladies. The service was efficient. They listened and I appreciated the completed checklist that was provided at the end to let me know what had been accomplished during the cleaning.

I am so happy we hired Two Maids and a mop, the house was very clean and every inch of the house was thoroughly dusted. They were fast and efficient and we signed up for a recurring service.

Convinced this place doesn't exist. I had a service estimated between 8-10 and no one showeed up. Every time I called, I got transferred fo their national sales center as they couldn't get ahold of the owner, Nicole. Finally at 10:15 they got ahold of her and they said she'd call me back. She didn't. When I finally called and got an answer, she literally sounded like she rolled out of bed. She said maybe she can get someone there between 12-2. What a joke and waste of a day off. I hope this business gets shut down or Nicole gets fired.
